Each coinjoin always costs a mining fee since it's a Bitcoin transaction. Some coordinators also charge a % service fee.

You can open the "Wallet Folder" from the search bar at the top of Wasabi. From here, you can delete the .json files with the names of the wallets you want to get rid of. Once the file is deleted, the wallet will be gone the next time you restart Wasabi.

You also have a "Wallet Backups" folder that contains a copy if you really, really want to fully delete it.

No, coinjoins require a UTXO based blockchain like Bitcoin. There are some zero knowledge based Ethereum privacy projects, but I don't know details about them.
