I use btcpay for a payjoin, and why the notice like this:

The payjoin transaction could not be created.
The original transaction was broadcasted instead. (08a371e63a67de236e0351f398f5e8f7cc11d1ce5b66ba9811eddd7b0caf1de8)

The payjoin receiver could not complete the payjoin: unavailable: The payjoin endpoint is not available for now.. (Receiver message: The payjoin endpoint is not available for now.)

Yes, BTCPay Server's coinjoin plugin has a consolidation mode that allows you to register up to 30 inputs in a coinjoin round and a minimum sized output setting that allows you to specify the smallest UTXO you want to receive.

I'm not sure how to help with BTCPay Server, but a payjoin requires that there is a UTXO in the receiver's wallet for you to pair with.
