I use the 'Coinjoin to another wallet' feature in the GUI, it works fair enough for transferring your split up funds more privately. The only issue I constantly run into is that your anon score calculations can get wacky depending on which order you loaded each wallet in.
Читать полностью…Are hardware wallets invincible against hackers or scammers so long as they don't physically possess the hardware wallet?
Читать полностью…I tried the RPC GUI, never managed to get it to work
Читать полностью…Does wasabi wallet support trx, ltc? Or only BTC ?
Читать полностью…If you are interested, I had previously opened an issue that considers privacy loss from postmix consolidations: https://github.com/WalletWasabi/WalletWasabi/issues/10565
Here's a table of amount agnostic combinations that allow the closest naive guesses: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SpptwNZEf1Zikq2TGerUx1qTLefs_5xiYygS--9wnWI/edit?gid=528425917#gid=528425917
Payincoinjoin is available in Wasabi only by using the RPC, but it's a full GUI feature in BTCPay Server's coinjoin plugin.

manually consolidating is the only option for most. but thats diminishing everyones anon sets... but yeah... dont let the good be the enemy of the perfect
Читать полностью…that wouldnt be a problem for everyone understanding the utxo model. but for everyone else (wich is the majority of cours)

"Invincible" is a really strong claim, and all hardware wallets are not equal with their security. But generally speaking, generating your keys on a device that has never connected to the Internet is a strong practice.
Читать полностью…What influence one’s utxo breakdown most?
From my undrstanding:
Paricipants in Round
Size of UTXO registered in CJ
Total amount in wallet.
Number of inputs registered by client.
I think right now round start at 0 the more participants OR inputs, the more likely to merge inputs into larger ones.
It seems like a major problem to try estimate and given consolidation only happens starting with many small denominations it cause centralization, small rounds only works with small wallets.
If someone with a 2 BTC wallet mixes with, for example, Opencoordinator, best case scenario is to end up with ~200 UTXO most of them below 0.01 BTC
Hey, Is it somewhat easier than before to Mix to another opened wallet?
Читать полностью…There used to be an LTC Wasabi fork. They called it Mustard. But AFAIK it's not maintained.
Читать полностью…This was addressed in Wasabi 2.0.6 with the "Safety Coinjoins" feature that auto remixes the outputs from your first coinjoin when you fund an empty wallet. In BTCPay Server's plugin, this functionality is enabled with the "Consider entry proximity" option.
Читать полностью…Not terribly, I just started getting used to Wasabi's RPC after using Bitcoin Core's RPC a bit.
Читать полностью…I meant manually consolidating by paying your own address in a coinjoin :)
Читать полностью…It may be inconvenient, but you can send payments in coinjoins to vastly improve your privacy (or manually consolidate your UTXOs privately).
