The backend is working fine for me, do you see your tx in a block explorer like https://mempool.space/ ? (You can use Tor browser for extra privacy when searching your transaction)

The ones under the field are suggestions, based on labels you used previously. You cannot delete them, just ignore them if it's not the right one
