Maybe you have different libs or dpkg versions, but its a know problem since ~ 2021 for debian - you can see a lot of bug reports about this

This version is compressed with .tar.zst! I think it is limited install just for ubuntu, because gdebi and dpkg cant deal with this compression

This is a restriction set by the coordinator, so it won't make a difference which implementation you are using to send the payment in the coinjoin.
