Ginger is the same wallet. Since the funding from zkSNACKs stopped, the development of both Wasabi Wallet and Ginger Wallet has not succeeded to make any meaningful changes to any of the projects from an end user's point of view. This is not to devalue of the work of either team, it's just reality. The difference between Ginger and Wasabi is nothing compared to the difference to, let's say Electrum, which is the closest thing to Wasabi there is.

In the US v. Storm (Tornado Cash) hearing just now, the court rejected the arguments in Storm's motion to dismiss as a matter of law and heavily punted what she said were factual issues for trial ("To the extent Storm is asking me to decide a controverted issue of fact, I am not able to do that.").

It is hard to decide what to be most offended by, but here are some choices:
- "The court agrees with the government that control is not a necessary component of a 1960 offense. A control requirement is not in the statute and this court is not going to read it in."
- All of one sentence spent on the IEEPA charge.
-"Let me put this more simply - the gov did not have to allege that Storm conspired with any users to promote or further illicit purposes, they did not have to allege he was aware of specific nature of or be a participant in the underlying criminal activity. Instead, gov needs to prove that Storm knew he was dealing with proceeds of some crime."
- "In the end, Storm's arguments do not sound in Due Process but weigh in evidence of his state of mind, which is a matter for the jury."
- The statutes gave notice to Storm that his conduct was unlawful. Statutes afforded him adequate notice his conduct was criminal despite the fact he used nontraditional technology to do so.

What's next: There will be no written opinion, probably because the court does not want to create written precedent others can cite to. She will issue a "bottom line" ruling on the docket. Trial is scheduled for December.

Sorry for the late message and the misunderstanding due to the reply you got, but no coordinators are approved by the Wasabi Wallet team. Let me clarify why it is important for us to explain that:

Coordinators are third parties with which Wasabi has no point of contact. It happens that some coordinators are ran by ex-zkSNACKs employees, some are ran by prominent community members, but in the end it doesn't matter: None are approved, all must be considered untrusted. We provide and maintain a reference implementation of a WabiSabi Coordinator, but we have no control on what is the code those coordinators actually run, how they operate in their jurisdiction etc etc etc...

Also, this group is community ran, which means that it doesn't belong to the team, and admins are community members and have no connection to the team maintaining Wasabi Wallet. Depends on many things like which coordinator you used and how many coinjoins you did etc.

In general Wasabi doesn't automatically start coinjoin below 0.01 BTC, as the cost can be significant compared to the amount.
