Like all forks, they have the same base but a slightly different direction.

The fundamental change is that they are a for-profit company, with the integration of their own coordinator, which is not compatible with Wasabi because they usually charge a fee for users to join their rounds, which is not allowed by Wasabi (you can read the reason here: https://blog.wasabiwallet.io/killing-coordination-fee/. Their coordinator also rejects coins that have a low score according to chain analysis companies. They also have some optimizations to improve coinjoins in a low liquidity environment, as the integration of the coinjoin engine in Wasabi has been thought for higher liquidity than what they have.

Wasabi is on the other hand a completely FOSS software, that aims at being as open and resilient as possible and safe.

I'd say they're a niche product. They publish here as this is a community group, and they are part of the community and Wasabi's ecosystem.
In general both wallets benefit the one to the other. For example, I am currently implementing translations in Wasabi now that they made 95% of the job for me.

The speed up tx tool is not available for CJ. You can do manual CPFP or use an external tool like mempoolspace accelerator

Don't think so every bitcoin transactions is recorded and can trace back to you by converting to XMR(more private than Bitcoin ) it anonymize you

An exchange assuming that deposit B belongs to the same person as transaction A would end up counting many false positives. You can't reliably link this sort of activity together without additional clues.

In that case you can send your coins obtained from the exchange to Wasabi and then pay the recipient after coinjoining.

For me it is only important that the origin is anonymous. I have bought bitcoin on an exchange and sent this bitcoin to my wallet (electrum). Now I just want to make sure that the recipient I want to pay does not know that the btc was bought by me on the exchange.

It works for me. Remember that your wallet coins screen is categorized by private/semi-private/nonprivate, so that prioritizes over your sorting choice.
