You have UTXO A, you send it to me in TX 1, no change. You want to CPFP, for that you have to send an output of TX 1.... But you don't own the keys for spending an output of TX 1, as you sent it to me. I control all the outputs of this TX. So I can CPFP it, but you can't

This message is appearing due to your 'Max Coinjoin Mining Fee Rate' setting. Currently, transactions need a fee rate of about ~50 sat/vbyte to get into the next block, so if you set a number lower than that in your settings, your client will skip rounds until one is created with a low enough fee:

Both Ginger and Wasabi use a relatively huge amount of storage space and cpu power as there is no server that knows your public keys and needs to keep and maintain at least the so called filters from the blockchain.

On the other end, if you send it to me but TX 1 creates change, UTXO B. Then UTXO B is an output of TX 1, but you control the keys to spend it! So you can spend it with a high fee -> CPFP

Why is a change coin required for CPFP? Isn't one supposed to make the child transaction based only on the parent utxo? For instance, if i am receiving some btc from an external wallet whose tx fee is too low, do you mean I cannot use CPFP if the sender did not have a change address?

Regarding the killing fee article, Ginger Wallet client checks the exemption requirement for remixes and leaves the coinjoin if something is not right. Both clients can be considered safe, but as mentioned Wasabi can successfully use the Ginger coordinator only on free coinjoin events.
