There's multiple factors involved in anonymity score calculation, but a score of 25 roughly means that there were 25 outputs that matched the same size as yours.

So for example in this coinjoin, there were 33 outputs worth 1.34217728 BTC - https://mempool.space/tx/e26b0762c700dd3581dda03778ed81088fdb2564e797e79b0cbe1829b7cbf54a

So if you received one of these outputs, you would gain 33 score on it. If you received two of these outputs, each would receive 16.5 score.

Error is surprising, please follow these steps:
If Tor is disabled make sure to enable it
Close Wasabi
Go to your data folder (https://docs.wasabiwallet.io/FAQ/FAQ-UseWasabi.html#where-can-i-find-the-wasabi-data-folder)
On the root of the directory you will find a file called RuntimeParameters.json, delete it.
Relaunch wasabi, open your wallet
Wait a few tens of seconds, if it doesn't work please open your logs (in the search bar of Wasabi search for Logs), copy the logs since you opened the wallet and send them to me in private please

It depends on the amount you are trying to spend. For 1+ BTC amounts, I would recommend a score of at least 25. But for small amounts, I don't really pay attention to the score, I just try to remix all my coins at least once.
