There's a common crash message that says "No attempt to connect to Tor was successful". If you see this, then manually kill Tor from your computer's activity monitor and try launching Wasabi again.

Yes, Wasabi allows you to CPFP unconfirmed transactions you are receiving by clicking the 🚀 icon next to it in your history. Be aware the fee cost of speeding up transactions you are receiving can be much higher than speeding up transactions you are sending, so check the amount before you click accept.
