Читать полностью…Wasabi claims wallets are fully synced though so nothing I can do about it as far as I can see. Already trimmed heights to 0 to re-sync, no change 🤦♂️
Читать полностью…my read on that is I moved some btc out and Wasabi set the change to go back to a new address. But then coinjoin is trying to include the original address which is now really spent as the logs claim. But why isn't Wasabi using the new address with the change from that transaction in the Coinjoin? indeed sounds like an out-of-sync wallet as the log claims but not sure what I can do about that.
Читать полностью…In terms of logs the only sus entries I get is "2024-12-20 10:26:03.715 [12] INFO CoinJoinClient.CreateRegisterAndConfirmCoinsAsync (485) Round (b569aafb639caf71ae4a6f6737f83eed9f9d8e153a7eb0a48811ae4f1e2aae14): f6bd4fbe52a249cab95c8fa22c3dbec64be6f87053cfd5c873266a39a3aff851-0 is spent according to the backend. The wallet is not fully synchronized or corrupted."
But wasabi claims the wallet is fully synced so a bit lost there.
Testing out wasabi in testnet here. Created 2 wallets and started coinjoin on both but one of them aborts with "Insufficient funds eligible for coinjoin". This is testnet3 with worthless coins so I have loads of funds on these 2 wallets. Also the wallet that fails with that message has twice as many coins as the other one. Any help would be appreciated.

There's an economic concept called the "free option problem": Even if you can construct a swap where users can't steal from one another, the party that loses money on the relative price of the two currencies changing can pull out of it instead of executing the loss.

There's a "change avoidance" tool built into the transaction preview screen that you can see by hovering your mouse over the green shield icon before sending. This calculates recommendations based on the UTXOs in your wallets that would avoid creating a change output.
For differences of ~0.00005000 or less, you should use the avoid change option, as it will save you more fees overall.
Both wallets re-synced by setting heights to 0 and starting the client again. After re-sync same btc amount reflected on wallets (no change from before re-sync). Tried coinjoin again, now both wallets report the Insufficient funds error. Logs:

There should be something telling you why the wallet did not participate in any rounds. Are you using a coordinator with liquidity?

Doing a resync should fix that. As testnet3 is quite unusuable currently, things like that can happen again https://docs.wasabiwallet.io/FAQ/FAQ-UseWasabi.html#how-do-i-resync-rescan-my-wallet
