During today's proceedings in the Indian Parliament's Winter Session, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Banking Laws Amendment Bill in the Lower House for consideration and passing, aimed at amending the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and the Banking Regulation Act. Additionally, the Railways Amendment Bill 2024 is set to be discussed in the Lower House. In the Upper House, the bills scheduled for consideration include the Oil Fields Regulation and Development Amendment Bill 2024 and the BH Vahan 2024.
