MYSTERIOUS GUIDED ROCKET LAUNCHER DISGUISED IN A SHIPPING CONTAINER AT FORT BRAGG IDENTIFIED
An unknown containerized launcher able to fire the same suite of artillery rockets and ballistic missiles as the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) and M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) seen at the U.S. Army’s Fort Bragg earlier this year has been identified. This comes as the Army’s top general in the Indo-Pacific region highlighted the value of “boxes of rockets” hiding in plain sight as part of a broader strategy that “gives our adversary pause.”
As for the launcher seen at Bragg, its a prototype. These launchers could turn any truck that can carry a standard shipping container into a platform capable of firing long-range guided rockets and missiles. They could also be loaded on rail cars and/or employed from ships with sufficient open deck space.

BREAKING OVERNIGHT: Authorities say multiple businesses in a South Los Angeles strip mall were looted and vandalized after a street takeover was reported on Monday at about 3:30 a.m. in the area of West Adams Boulevard and Western Avenue.
Video posted to ‘The Citizen’ app showed several drivers performing burnouts, donuts and other stunts at the intersection, holding up traffic for others.
According to police at least one business was burglarized.

Thousands of homes were destroyed, and yet fewer than 100 building permits have been issued after six months. Does anyone believe this is rapid rebuilding? While the Army Corps did an amazing job clearing the debris, the City has failed to create the expedited permit process it promised. Residents are stuck in endless red tape at City Hall.

DEATH TOLL CLIMBS TO 32 AFTER FLOODING STRIKES TEXAS, AT LEAST 27 MISSING
The dead include 18 adults and 14 children. Rescue operations have continued through Saturday, with 850 being rescued without injuries and 8 people have been rescued with injuries. Between 23 and 25 people were missing from Camp Mystic as of Saturday afternoon, a Christian summer camp that many young girls were staying at when the floods struck.
Of those that are dead, five adults as well as three children have not been identified. There have been over 160 air rescues as the flooding has made many roadways impassible. Some of those that have been rescued since the flooding began have been hanging on trees when they were found.
The Guadalupe River in Hunt, Texas reached the second highest level it has been recorded at and the flood waters reached higher than the well-known 1987 flood.

TRANS SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER ATTACKING CHILD, SLASHING MAN WITH KNIFE IN PORTLAND
The series of incidents began around 7:30 pm near Southwest Naito Parkway and Ankeny Street, where police say the suspect cut a person on the hand with a knife. The victim walked to the Portland Police Bureau’s Central Precinct and was later taken to a hospital for treatment.
IT started when the individual was drinking in a nearby bar and declared, “I’m going to go to prison for killing somebody.” The suspect then reportedly began attacking a man walking nearby.
Police had to use a stun device twice to subdue the suspect and take the individual into custody. Dieringer said the suspect “was so far out of control” and that nothing would calm down the suspect.

Unbelievable. California is refusing to change its policy of forcing girls to compete against biological males. The Education Department says it "disagrees" with the federal civil rights laws.

This comes as DARPA launches a new military AI program—MAGICS—designed to predict human behavior at scale.
