MS-13, RUSSIAN MOBSTERS USE MIGRANTS IN ELABORATE INJURY SCAM — EVEN GETTING SPINAL SURGERY TO PULL IT OFF
The racket typically involves a healthy person taking a seemingly minor tumble on the street or at a construction site, then claiming a devastating injury that requires multiple surgeries. A crooked surgeon fuses healthy vertebrae with screws and plates, leading to a lawsuit against a business or landlord or both. Settlements start at $1 million each but can go much higher.
So-called “shot callers” pocket most of the windfall settlements, while those who pose as injured receive as little as $1,000 each, according to testimony in one case. Their share gets shriveled by sky-high interest on loans they’re told they need for medical and legal expenses.
Setting up fake falls is “so successful for MS-13, rival gangs are now trying it.”

10:30pm Press Conference:
Police believe there was only ONE shooter in the Idaho incident, and they tracked him down using cell phone pings
Authorities DID exchange gunfire with him, but cannot confirm how he died.
Two firefighters lost their lives, one is critical and in surgery.
Snipers were in helicopters, and FBI helped to geolocate the suspect, per the Sheriff.
Sheriff: "There were officers on scene trying to make sense of what was occurring. During this time, we exchanged gunfire with the suspect. We also received information from the White House, from Kash Patel, the FBI, Governor Brad Little, and Representative Raul Labrador that anything we needed, they would absolutely respond. We had many assets come into the command post. At about 6:30 PM, we had a briefing at the command post, where we updated the agencies that this was still an active shooter situation and that he needed to be neutralized as quickly as possible. At approximately 7:40 PM, we had information about a cell phone activation in the same spot since about 3:16 PM. It was in the same area, and we honed in on that cell phone, confirming there was a male, appearing to be deceased, with a weapon nearby. We currently have one dead shooter. Based on our preliminary investigation, the fire was rapidly approaching the body, so we had to recover and transport it to a different location. We believe there was only one shooter on that mountain, and there is no threat to the community at this time."

An LA Times reporter has posted a video in which she coaches LA moms who hire illegal immigrant nannies on how to protect them from ICE and “limit risk” of an ICE encounter, including suggestions to give them “paid leave”, walk them to a bus stop, or call them a taxi to avoid public exposure.

A divided Supreme Court allowed states to cut off Medicaid money to Planned Parenthood in a ruling handed down Thursday amid a wider Republican-backed push to defund the country’s biggest abortion provider.
The case centers on funding for other health care services Planned Parenthood provides in South Carolina, but the ruling could have broader implications for Medicaid patients.
The court split 6-3 in the opinion, with the three liberal justices dissenting.

BREAKING: The Trump Department of Justice has just filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles, arguing its sanctuary policies violate the Supremacy Clause by intentionally discriminating against the federal gov by treating federal immigration officers differently than other law enforcement. DOJ is asking that LA’s sanctuary policies be enjoined/blocked from being enforced.

"Sanctuary policies were the driving cause of the violence, chaos, and attacks on law enforcement that Americans recently witnessed in Los Angeles. "Sanctuary City laws and policies are designed to deliberately impede federal immigration officers’ ability to carry out their responsibilities in those jurisdictions. The Los Angeles Ordinance and other policies intentionally discriminate against the Federal Government by treating federal immigration authorities differently than other law enforcement agents through access restrictions both to property and to individual detainees, by prohibiting contractors and sub-contractors from providing information, and by disfavoring federal criminal laws that the City of Los Angeles has decided not to comply with. The Supremacy Clause prohibits the City of Los Angeles and its officials from singling out the Federal Government for adverse treatment—as the challenged law and policies do—thereby discriminating against the Federal Government. Accordingly, the law and policies challenged here are invalid and should be enjoined."
