There's going to be a lot of FUD about the Supreme Court from now until ... probably 2025, and that's not because I expect all of their opinions this week to be duds.

Rather, some still have a pretty zoomed-in, Micro lens applied to an asymmetric Info and Shadow war that spans the physical, political, legal and narrative realms.

While paying attention to the actual decisions is important, it's usually best to consider the overall posture of the narrative setters within the machine, as doing so allows one to escape an informational present and separate signal from noise.

To wit, while doomers and fear merchants (and yes, actual patriots,) will use narrative to further the argument that the System of Systems is aligned against us, look at the three federal judges most recently quoted as being aligned AGAINST the Supreme Court:

- David S. Tatel (Clinton Appointee)
- Todd Eddins (David Ige Appointee)
- Carlton Reeves (Obama Appointee)

Seeing a pattern? Relax.

The House subcommittee chairman investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot's intelligence and security failures made an extraordinary intervention Wednesday at the Supreme Court, telling the justices he believes an earlier Democrat-led investigation into the tragedy was "factually and procedurally invalid" and therefore could not lawfully hold ex-Trump adviser Stephen Bannon in contempt.

The 11th-hour amicus brief filed by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., comes as the nation's highest court considers Bannon's emergency request to delay his four-month prison sentence for contempt of Congress set to begin July 1 until the legal issues are resolved.

"This Court should conclude that the entire prosecutorial process against the applicant was tainted and must be dismissed as a matter of law," Loudermilk pleaded in his motion.

NTSB accuses Norfolk Southern of ‘unconscionable’ interference in East Palestine probe

Officials from the National Transportation Safety Board offered scathing testimony during a hearing Tuesday marking the conclusion of their investigation into the catastrophic February 2023 train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio.

NTSB Chairwoman Jennifer Homendy accused Norfolk Southern railroad of interfering in the federal probe on multiple occasions.

She claimed a Norfolk Southern contractor lied when he said he did not keep written records on temperatures within the tanker cars – which were carrying the caustic vinyl chloride that was later burned off or had spilled into the local aquifer.

During COVID, unelected bureaucrats used “public health” as a pretext to deprive citizens of their rights– and I signed legislation to protect Floridians from government overreach.

Now, Biden’s Surgeon General is attempting to violate the Second Amendment through the “public health” bureaucracy.

💥We will not comply. Florida will always reject the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional power-grabs.

Candace Owens:
Larry Silverstein took out an insurance policy that covered acts of terrorism just six weeks before the attack and inexplicably broke his routine of having breakfast in the World Trade Center on that specific morning of all times. What an amazing coincidence! In interviews, Larry told the media that they "pulled" building seven. How did they have time to set up the explosives to do such a thing? None of this makes any damn sense.
"Larry was quite lucky. He obtained the lease for the Twin Towers just six weeks prior to 9/11. He also took out an insurance policy which fortunately included coverage for acts of terrorism. When it came time to collect, when the towers went down, Silverstein claimed two incidents of terror, which allowed him to seek double indemnity. He collected 4.5 billion dollars from insurance on the towers that he had invested in just six weeks prior to the 9/11 attacks. I was so shocked looking at that that I wanted to debunk that...Larry was more lucky than that...Unbelievably. Every morning he used to have breakfast meetings at the World Trade Center but at the morning of 9/11, by the way this is according to Larry in his own interview, he just broke his own routine. He fortunately, on the morning of 9/11 had a dermatologist appointment, and that spared his life."
Do you think Larry had prior knowledge of an incoming false flag attack? Because I do.

Bill Barr, the former U.S. attorney general, is advising military drone maker Dzyne following its acquisition of defense tech company High Point Aerotechnologies, Axios has learned.

This is his only gig advising a defense company, and Barr is one of several Trump administration alumni now at Dzyne, pronounced "design."

A worldwide artificial intelligence race and lessons gleaned from the Russia-Ukraine war have propelled government demand for autonomous technologies.

Trump demands Fani Willis' disqualification over 'misconduct' in opening brief to appeals court

Lawyers for former President Trump have filed the opening brief in their appeal of a court order in hopes of disqualifying District Attorney Fani Willis from the sweeping electioneering case against him in Georgia.

"The brief persuasively argues that the trial court should have dismissed the case and disqualified DA Willis for her forensic misconduct and the appearance of impropriety between her and former Special Assistant DA Wade, who was her lover and taxpayer-funded financial benefactor," Steve Sadow, lead attorney for Trump, said in a statement.

"We are optimistic that the Court will favorably decide the appeal in our favor."

The US Supreme Court is poised to allow abortions in medical emergencies in Idaho, according to a copy of the opinion that was briefly posted on the court’s website.

The decision would reinstate a lower court order that had ensured hospitals in the state could perform emergency abortions to protect the health of the mother. The briefly posted version indicated the majority will dismiss an appeal by Idaho without resolving the core issues in the case.

In his signature Carhartt hoodie, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) continued his first trip to Israel on Wednesday by meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.

“We stand with Israel through this. I’m so sorry for what’s been done to this nation but I’m just honored to be here today,” Fetterman said, in a statement distributed by the prime minister’s office.

The hoodie-wearing first-term U.S. Senator has bucked the “progressive” left by standing with Israel and supporting its war against Hamas, which began after Hamas carried out a brutal terror attack against Israel on October 7, 2023.

A heartfelt "thank you" to those who stirred up a necessary conversation about how we honor combat veterans in this country by representing them truthfully and respectfully.

Ribbons and decorations look really cool on a uniform, but they do not reflect the torment of the heart and soul that passes through the generations.

If you want to know why I'm zealous about this cause, and will not be pushed aside on it - here is a look under the hood about what Vietnam did to me, many decades later.

Thank you for reading.

My joint statement with Steve Scalise and Tom Emmer on the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group vote:

The Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group voted 3-2 to file a brief with the D.C. Circuit in the case against Steve Bannon. The amicus brief will be submitted after Bannon files a petition for rehearing en banc and will be in support of neither party.

It will withdraw certain arguments made by the House earlier in the litigation about the organization of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol during the prior Congress. House Republican Leadership continues to believe Speaker Pelosi abused her authority when organizing the Select Committee.
