Reformist candidate Masoud Pezeshkian won Iran's runoff presidential election Saturday, besting hard-liner Saeed Jalili by promising to reach out to the West and ease enforcement on the country's mandatory headscarf law after years of sanctions and protests squeezing the Islamic Republic.
Pezeshkian promised no radical changes to Iran's Shiite theocracy in his campaign and long has held Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as the final arbiter of all matters of state in the country. But even Pezeshkian's modest aims will be challenged by an Iranian government still largely held by hard-liners, the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip, and Western fears over Tehran enriching uranium to near-weapons-grade levels.
A vote count offered by authorities put Pezeshkian as the winner with 16.3 million votes to Jalili's 13.5 million in Friday's election.

Trump's counsel, Todd Blanche, notices the Florida court of SCOTUS's ruling on Immunity, writing,
"Trump guts the Office’s position that President Trump has “no immunity” and further demonstrates the politically-motivated nature of their intention that the motion is “frivolous.”
Trump also confirms that the Office cannot rely on “official acts” evidence in this case. By separate motion, we seek leave to submit supplemental briefing on these threshold issues."
Blanche goes on to signal that he will bring back the Motion to Dismiss for Smith's Office being Unconstitutional,

There is no reason for drop boxes unless the goal is to stuff them when it is dark outside and no one is looking over MANY WEEKS of "early voting."
That means the goal is not to go collect more mail ballots than them - they have more access and know exactly which registrations that got a ballot assigned in the mail are ripe for the taking. Ballot harvesting is not legal in WI.
That means any and all effort to win WI must hinge on exposing and highlighting the massive ballot harvesting occuring in and around basically every city with more than 5,000 people in it.
