Microsoft faces a 1 billion pound ($1.27 billion) dispute in the U.K. over how it charges customers who buy cloud software services that rival its own Azure, the latest antitrust challenge to the U.S. tech giant’s approach to licensing.

The lawsuit brought on behalf of multiple parties by litigation specialist firm Scott+Scott alleges that Microsoft is leveraging its dominance in must-have computer operating systems and unfairly charging business customers more if they purchase its Windows Server and use it with the tech giants’ main rivals’ cloud platforms.

General Flynn
Analytic update—WAR is not coming WAR is here
.

As the various battles rage in Eastern Europe & the Middle East, we need to examine the indicators & actions by opposing forces. As we do, we should also examine our own military force posture.

#1 We’re not ready nor postured (disposed nor composed) properly for the current global operating environment. I hate to say it, but DEI has overtaken our warfighting prowess & severe inattention to recruiting, retention, readiness, training & “foxhole strength” has injured us to an untenable level.

#2 The intelligence posture for the nation (w/ some exceptions) has so dramatically decayed to the point of universal ineptitude & decay (rot). The moral corruption & inward political weaponization have shifted our once capable intelligence agencies to nothing more than bastions of socialist ideological hacks.

#3 The Middle East ceasefire is no ceasefire at all. Israel should & will likely stay on high alert nationwide but that takes a toll on any population especially given the duration and severity of the threat (especially nightly rocket rain showers). The ceasefire is one sided only, if it exists at all.

#4 There is an internal revolt going on in Syria & the Assad regime is the target. This is one to watch closely. The consequences will further reshape the entirety of the ME landscape as well as US foreign policy for the incoming Trump administration (the current administration is doing all it can to upset the situation on a daily basis).

#5 Iran is still evil & the Iranian people must be globally encouraged to internally revolt against the abusive dictatorship they currently live under. Iran was once a great & thriving empire & can be again. When/if the Iranian people ever rise to the occasion, the cauldron of the Middle East will simmer to a very low boil and true peace conditions can be created.

#6 FYI, back up north, another undersea communications cable has been cut (this is the 2nd one in less than a month). These are not coincidental. These are critical for a variety of C4ISR issues. The ability to maneuver with strategic forces becomes far easier to achieve. DOD and our IC better be on the ball here because the impacts on our homeland will play into these type events.

#6 Zelensky did an interview recently with a Japanese network where he said he felt the war should end using diplomacy (words to that effect). Then why use NUCLEAR capable & very offensively provocative missile systems fully knowing Russia (Putin) has to respond? The hypocrite in charge of Ukraine is being directed (my assessment) to continue to wage an very dangerous component of WWIII.

#7 All of the above takes me to China. The CCP has its sites on America. Our hemisphere is under direct assault by the CCP. They use infiltration into our institutions, they smother our streets with illicit & deadly drugs (fentanyl), they are splitting apart once strongly held U. S. alliances from Central America to South America to the Caribbean. Just examine the major ports in this entire region. They own, control or partially own more than 80 percent. The Panama Canal is the most vital waterway in the planet for the United States & it is directly threatened.

#8 lastly, and breaking / trending is the declaration of martial law in the Republic of Korea. What might this portend for the U.S.?

I’ll finish by stating the obvious. The world is a risky place & when U.S. leadership is as pathetic as it is right now, it makes things vastly worse.

Given this world of complex threats (many unstated or left out due to length of this missive), our security & leadership depends on all elements of our power, including smart, strong & principled diplomacy. None of which we are currently displaying. Especially when our POTUS (and CINC) is nowhere to be found.

Stay alert & up to date, and I do appreciate those who offer sound advice back. I take it all in.

May God bless & protect the United States of America 🙏🏼🇺🇸

BREAKING: YSL verdicts delivered in court. Another loss for Fani Willis as Deamonte Kendrick (aka Yak Gotti) was found not guilty on all the counts against him, and Stillwell was found guilty only on one count: Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Stillwell was sentenced in court and will leave a free man -- he was given 10 years, only two to serve in jail, and he was credited with time already served, which amounts to more than ten years. The remainder of the sentence is probation.

POLITICO: In his sweeping pardon of Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden did not just protect his son. He also handed President-elect Donald Trump a template to shield his own allies and stretch the pardon power even further.

Legal experts say Trump now has fresh precedent — and political cover — to issue expansive pardons absolving his allies not only of specific offenses, but even any undetermined crimes they may have committed.

With the singular exception of Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon, no modern American president had ever issued such a broad grant of clemency until Joe Biden’s “full and unconditional” pardon of his son on Sunday night. The younger Biden is now effectively cleared of legal consequences for any federal law he might have broken over a nearly 11-year period.

Those terms are so unusual — and the process leading to it was so secretive — that the Justice Department’s Office of the Pardon Attorney, which typically advises the president on clemency issues, was taken by surprise, according to a person who was granted anonymity to disclose the details.

Elon Musk: America is headed for de facto bankruptcy very fast

The US govt brings in about $5 trillion per year in revenue from taxes, fees and tariffs.

The US govt is on pace to spend about $1.4 trillion for interest payments on the $36 trillion in debt during 2025.

That will be about 28% of all govt revenue going to interest payments.

Kash Patel was once questioned about his use of the slogan, "Where we go one, we go all"

He responded: "They [critics] don't get to define what we mean when we say something. 'Where we go one, we go all' is, as you said, from a great movie that I watched a long time ago and people took to it.

"And so what? It doesn't mean everyone is a conspiracy theorist and people keep asking me about this Q stuff. What does it matter? What I'm telling you is that there's truth in a lot of things that many people say and what I'm putting out there is the truth."

He continued: "And why don't we have some fun along the way? There's so many people who subscribe to the 'where we go one, we go all' mantra and, what's wrong with it?"

AXIOS: Fidelity marked up the value of its X Holdings shares by 32.37% in October, the largest monthly increase since helping Elon Musk buy the company in 2022.

Even with the valuation boost, Fidelity believes X is worth nearly 72% less than the $44 billion purchase price.

Fidelity, which began marking down the company's shares just a month into Musk's stewardship, doesn't necessarily have any inside information on the X's financial performance, despite being a shareholder.

Comparable companies like Meta and Snap didn't experience similar stock price boosts in October, with Meta actually losing value.

The most likely explanation for X's price increase relates to xAI, a separate Musk company that is training its large language model on X data.

Elon Musk is trying to get the court to stop OpenAI's transition to a for-profit entity, a new filing shows.

In a motion filed Friday, Musk's lawyers asked Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the US District Court for the Northern District of California to issue an injunction against OpenAI, preventing it from completing its transition from a nonprofit to a for-profit company.

The request also argues that OpenAI has engaged in anticompetitive behavior by discouraging investors from partnering with its competitors, such as Musk's company xAI, and has benefited from "wrongfully obtained competitively sensitive information" through its ties with Microsoft.

Reid Hoffman, the cofounder of LinkedIn, previously served on the boards of OpenAI and Microsoft simultaneously. Musk's lawyers write that Hoffman's role in both companies, which they describe as "the Microsoft-OpenAI board interlocks," resulted in information being wrongfully shared between the companies and monopolistic market practices. Musk's lawyers say the partnership amounted to violations of antitrust law.

A group of former United Nations officials fed up with its inefficiency launched "DOGE-UN," an investigative effort that will highlight waste by the world body.

The effort, similar to Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), will culminate in a report online ahead of the 2026 secretary-general selection, in hopes that the next leader will prioritize making the agency run more efficiently.

"Why stop at this country’s federal agencies?" said Hugh Dugan, a longtime member of the U.S. delegation to the U.N. and former National Security Council adviser on international organizations.

"We need to centralize our understanding of our cash flow to and from the U.N. and the results we'd like to see from our participation in international organizations," he told Fox News Digital.

In the committee’s findings regarding social distancing, it was revealed that “the six-foot social distancing requirement was not supported by science.”

Regarding the usage of masks and mask mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic, the report from the committee found that it was “apparent” that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) “and the Biden Administration cherry-picked observational data to fit their narrative that masks are fully effective.”

The report added that “one area” where masking caused harm was with the masking of “all students (age two and older), staff, teachers, and visitors to K-12 schools”:

The report also noted that COVID-19 “vaccine mandates were not supported by science and caused more harm than good”:

The report added that while “herd immunity is a real concept and occurrence supported by public health leaders” like Fauci, “there was a coordinated effort from public health officials to ignore natural immunity.”

‘Name to remember’ Kash Patel sure seemed to know a lot about Q and the Q drops when he was asked about it in 2022. Here’s what he said:

“There's a lot of good to a lot of it.... he should get credit for all the things he has accomplished... he's put out so many names, ya know, not just mine, but he’s put out so many great American figures who’ve been out there pounding like the Johnny Ratcliffes of the world, the Whitakers, the Grenells. All these folks that were in the Trump Administration that people barely knew about. They know because, in large part, because HE was able to put out their work."

And now, after Q identified him as a ‘name to remember’, he has been named the FBI Director. What a Q proof 💥

I’m intrigued by the increased vitriol being spewed by “patriots” against (actual) patriots over the past four weeks.

The mood should be celebratory given Trump’s epic win, but the REEing has reached triggered lib levels, 2016 style. They’re attempting to fracture, disrupt and sow discord and confusion.

If you’re wondering why that may be, consider the possibility that these influencers could be implanted, and their overlords have cascaded panic orders. Why wouldn’t the Deep State install digital operatives? And isn’t this exactly how they’d act?

If you’re following right leaning accounts that expend energy targeting General Flynn, Dan Scavino or Kash Patel: you’ve been duped by the Deep State.
