This is to inform you that if you are dissatisfied with the assigned optional modules or course you applied for and wish to change you will be required to leave a request on the Student Records System at https://srs.wiut.uz/. For this purpose, you need to leave a request for Module Change and/or Course Change:

WIUT is delighted to announce the list of Scholarship Awardees for the 2024/25 Academic Year who scored the top results at the Scholarship Math Exam, held on the 31st of July, combined with their IELTS results! 🏆
The list includes 90 successful applicants who will be offered thirty WIUT and sixty Government Scholarships. Separate instructions on further steps for those applicants will be sent through their emails.

‼️Important Information Regarding Enrollment and Module Registration
🟢For Level 4, 5, and 6 Students:
• If you have successfully completed enrollment and module registration, don't worry if your page looks like this: (See photo 1A)
• The most important thing is that you received an email saying this: (See photo 1B.)
If you have received this confirmation email, simply wait for the course leader's approval (which will be coming soon) and pay at least 1/4 of your tuition fee.
⚪️• CIFS Students: You do not need to wait for course leader approval or pay a tuition fee at this time. Please complete your enrollment by August 20th and register for your Outlook account. A helpful tutorial can be found here:

Guys, don’t be worried if your module registration shows "Not Approved by Course Leader"! It's perfectly normal. Just choose your modules, save your selections, and relax! The Course Leader will review and approve your choices later. 👍

Dear STUDENTS,
We would like to remind you that you have your last opportunity to complete your enrolment and module registration today - August 12th inclusive. You must ENROL and REGISTER FOR MODULES in the Student Records System via https://srs.wiut.uz/ for the 2024/2025 academic year. The deadlines for enrolment and module registration are as follows:
For students with NO REFER / DEFER assessments from 7th of June till 12th of August 2024
For students with REFER / DEFER assessments from 18th of July till 12th of August 2024
Enrolment and module registration instructions are attached.
Keep in mind that you should not have any outstanding tuition fee debts in order to enrol for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Please, be aware that TWO-STEP ENROLMENT PROCEDURE has been implemented for current students in the upcoming academic year. Firstly, students need to enrol and register for modules. Secondly, enrolment is confirmed only if a minimum portion of the tuition fee is paid.
To be fully enrolled you need to complete the following steps:
Complete the ENROLMENT and MODULE REGISTRATION within the deadlines.
Upon the approval of your MODULE REGISTRATION by your Course Leader, you need to complete the PAYMENT PROCEDURES before the established deadline (September 16, 2024). After payment is confirmed, you become a student at Westminster International University in Tashkent for the 2024/2025 academic year.
IMPORTANT: Please note that enrolment is confirmed ONLY if a minimum portion of the tuition fee (¼ of the payment instalment) is paid. Failure to complete the tuition fee payment procedure before the deadline (September 16, 2024) will result in termination of your enrolment.
Note: Failure to enrol will result in suspension of your studies. If you fail to register for your optional modules (core ones are set by default according to your course structure) within the designated deadline, the University reserves the right to select them on your behalf without the right to appeal.
Important: Kindly be informed that if you are a Progress Trailing student, you will need to register for 140 credits, which will include the credit for the core module you failed or take another module in place of option one. If you have been awarded Condoned Credit on the module, (only for CIFS and Level 4 students) it means you passed the module.
It is the student’s responsibility to register for enough credits to complete the level of the course. Prior to doing module registration, you should approach your Course leader or Academic adviser.
Once your Module Registration is approved by the Course Leader before the deadline, you WILL NOT be able to change your modules. Therefore, make sure that the selected modules are your genuine choice.

Induction Week (September 9th-13th)
For your first week of studies – Induction Week – bring your best attitude: a great mood and a friendly smile! 😊 You'll be meeting new people, exploring the campus, and getting familiar with WIUT. No need to bring laptops or big notebooks just yet.
P.S Attending induction week is a MUST for all CIFS students!
When it comes to the start of teaching, there aren't any strict requirements. A notebook, a pen, and a laptop will be your trusty companions, having a laptop during your studies at WIUT is definitely beneficial and convenient, don't worry if you don't have one! Our university has fully equipped PC labs where you can study and use university computers for free.
