I come from heavy industry. The job always sucked and we made the best of it. Lots of ball busting and joking around. Then HR started hiring people unfit for hte job. I believe they are miserable and can't bear the job so they look for an excuse to get out. A common MO is to say they were harassed. You see, they get a payout and don't have to work here anymore. So HR's solution was to make the rest of us miserable by stopping the little things that kept us going. We're on pins and needles lest we say something that offends and we end up explaining to our wives why we don't work there any more. Now we're miserable and so are the young un's. NOW the young 'uns want higher moral???? give me a fucking break. We had moral and camaraderie.
