10 W is fairly low, so it's safer, but it also takes longer to desinfect. I think i posted a pdf or picture somewhere in the beginning of this chat. I'll try and look it up, i think there was info about the intensity in W/cm² in it

It will be, certainly combined with washing hands. Soap and hairshampoo are good in degreasing, and will make your hands/hair dry out.
