If there is any way to remember/find the backup password, you can make a reimport using the guarded backup (make sure you use the proper one) and you should be all good

In the meantime, you can try to perform a clean install. This should fix it until the main issue is solved by the team.
You first need to make sure your Secret Phrase is backed up & safely stored.
Clean install means deleting the app from the device and installing a fresh version of the app then importing the wallet using the Secret Phrase.
In case you're using an Invisible Guardian, make sure you're importing the guarded backup 😉

There is a known issue that the team is already investigating.
To rule out other possible causes, can you also try these steps?
- update to the latest version (v2.47.0), if not done already
- clear cache
- phone restart
- switch to another Internet connection (WiFi/mobile data)
What issue(s) do you encounter?
Also, is the app up to date (v2.47.0)?

Guys so i deleted the app and while restoring the account i didn't remember the guardian password so i have using seed phrase to load after which i have to activate the guardian and for 20 days i am blocked for any transactions. Is it any possible to atleast claim your xportal streak? I am at 300 and will miss my streak big time 😭😭
