QUORUM 📊

A quorum is the minimum number of votes required for a DAO decision to be considered valid

You can’t just gather three people and decide the fate of the treasury if there are hundreds of members in the DAO. To prevent manipulation and apathy, every vote sets a quorum — a predefined threshold of participation. For example, 20% of all eligible voters

If the quorum isn’t reached, the proposal is automatically rejected — even if most of the voters said “yes”. This motivates members to stay engaged and participate actively in governance 👁‍🗨

Why quorum matters:

1️⃣ It protects the DAO from decisions made by too few people
2️⃣ It boosts legitimacy — the more people vote, the stronger the trust in the outcome
3️⃣ It adds flexibility — you can set a high quorum for important votes, and a low one for routine matters

Without a quorum, decisions can be made by too narrow a group, which undermines legitimacy and trust within the DAO. But a properly configured quorum gives the system flexibility — routine decisions can be delegated to a smaller group, while major questions go to a vote by the full community. With a quorum, a DAO stays decentralized but operates faster and more effectively 😎😎😎

Not long ago, DAOs had no clear legal status — but that’s quickly changing. More and more countries are giving the green light to decentralized organizations. Here’s where DAOs are already officially recognized 👇🏼

🇺🇸 USA: Several states — including Wyoming, Vermont, Tennessee, and Utah — have passed laws allowing DAOs to register as LLCs

🇲🇭 Marshall Islands: Since 2022, DAOs can register as non-profit entities with limited liability. This was the first country in the world to legally recognize DAOs on a national level

🇦🇪 UAE (RAK DAO, ADGM): As of 2024, the DAO Association Regime (DARe) allows DAOs to register as full legal entities with limited liability

🇸🇬 Singapore: There’s no dedicated DAO law, but DAOs can be structured as a Foundation or a Company Limited by Guarantee

🇨🇭 Switzerland: DAOs can operate as associations or foundations — offering full legal structure and liability protection

MULTISIG (Multi-signature) 🔐

Multisig is one of the most powerful security tools in a DAO. It’s a special type of crypto wallet that requires more than one signature to authorize a transaction. For example, 3 out of 5. Or 7 out of 7. These rules are defined by the DAO participants

But what exactly does “signature” mean? ✍️

On the blockchain, each participant has a private key — a unique digital signature that proves the action is performed by them. The private key is stored only on the user’s side (in a wallet like Tonkeeper, MetaMask, etc.) and is never shared

When someone proposes to spend funds from a multisig wallet, the transaction remains “pending” until the required number of signatures are collected — confirmations from the other key holders. Until then, the funds stay untouched ⏳

Why this matters for a DAO:

— No one can withdraw funds alone without the approval of others, even if they have access
— A malicious actor who steals one participant’s private key still won’t be able to drain the treasury on their own
— There’s no need for a full DAO-wide voting process — decision-making is delegated to managing partners who hold keys to the multisig

If you’re serious about money and transparency — a multisig wallet is a must. That’s where real decentralization begins ⛔

When we wrote “Q1 2025” — it was exactly a guideline, not a fixed date, since the exact timing does not depend solely on us. There are many factors that influence a successful launch of crypto projects, such as market conditions, exchange terms, news background, and more

From the beginning, our team has done everything to ensure that the preparation for launch goes ahead without major delays — but also without rushing where it could be harmful

As of now:

— The main product is in the final stage of development
— The $DAO tokenomics is being worked out
— Listing and TGE preparations are in an active phase

We are launching a factory of digital organizations — through it, anyone will be able to create a real, full-fledged DAO in just a few clicks. This product will create strong utility for the token and ensure stable demand for it
