PUBLIC NOTICE: 

A few months ago, bloggers started rumors that I was a land scammer and that everything I touched was a scam. 15 years working hard to build my NAME, BRAND and BUSINESSES washed away just by a few keyboard clicks. They didn't bother to ask me or even reach out to me before they posted the lies. The rumors coincided at a point when our websites' payment service provider; JamboPay, was hacked. 
JamboPay immediately shut down our websites followers.co.ke & crowdproperty.co.ke thinking we had hacked and scammed them.

Some months ago, we launched Africa’s First Prop-Tech company @Crowd52KE offering Affordable, Fulfilling and Prime pieces of property for the Young people in Kenya.

The idea was to give our customers 52 weeks to pay for their units. By paying the first instalment, a client is automatically reserved a unit in their project of choice and he has one year to pay for it. The sooner they do it, the better, as they will be given priority in the choice of location for the unit as well as processing of title deeds. When we launched WAVE 1 at KES. 950 per 1/8 Acre, not many believed that we could deliver on our promise. In fact, the most frequently asked question became Why? Our answer has always been a simple, WHY NOT!

They reported us to the DCI HQ at Kiambu Road saying we scammed them 2.9 Million Shillings. We were interrogated for HOURS ON END with my little baby with us in the interrogation rooms. After 2 weeks of going through EVERYTHING, the DCI cleared us. The same JamboPay who LIED that I had scammed them for Ksh 2.9 Million HACKED our website followers.co.ke and STOLE our digital assets worth Ksh 371,000.
We have been through a lot of intimidation, life threats, and police threats but we are still here. The FIRST case we have filed is against JamboPay / Danson Muchemi. They KILLED our business and all we want is to get back on our feet. I am posting this for the PUBLIC to help us get justice. JamboPay is RICH. THEY MIGHT COMPROMISE THIS CASE!!
