Easiest is to do everything in the Yellow wallet: depositing, locking and daily tasks.
You can easily transfer funds from Metamask to Yellow wallet; no bridges needed.
Just copy the address from the top right-hand corner in the Yellow wallet, and send the funds from Metamask to that address.
