It was decided therefore to remove that ability and to correct an amount of leaderboard points for such users. In the screenshot I see '?/550' in red. I remember from previous times that something could be wrong with the broker or the accessibility of the broker.
The user can try another broker. If all brokers have the same issue, something is likely wrong on the platform.
