דף סד עמוד א
* רבינא מנסה להוכיח שמדברי רב פפא משמע שלא כדעת רב דימי מנהרדעא (שבעמוד הקודם), ודוחה הגמרא את דבריו.
* במשנה מובא שהמוכר את הבית לא מכר לא את הבור ולא את הדות (ואע"פ שכתב לו עומקא ורומא), ובגמרא מבואר ההבדל בין בור ודות ("אחד הבור ואחד הדות בקרקע, אלא שהבור בחפירה והדות בבנין").
דף סד עמוד ב
* לדעת רבי עקיבא "מוכר - בעין יפה מוכר", ולדעת חכמים "מוכר - בעין רעה מוכר".
* הגמרא מנסה לברר את המקור לשיטת רבי עקיבא וחכמים הנ"ל, ורק הניסיון הרביעי להוכחה לא נדחה.
