דף פב עמוד א
* הקונה שני אילנות בתוך שדה חברו - לא קנה קרקע עמהם, ועליו לקוץ את הענפים היוצאים מן הגזע (=כל שרואה פני חמה) והם שלו.
* רב נחמן ע"פ רב פפא סובר, שהלוקח מחברו עץ דקל, אף אם אירע והוציא הגזע ענפים, אין הם שלו.
* לדעת רב זביד (בביאור דברי רב נחמן) הדקל עשוי להוציא ענפים מן הגזע, ואם קנה דקל סתם (ולא קצב משך זמן שאם ימות ייטע אחר במקומו), הענפים היוצאים מן הגזע אינם שלו, מפני שהוא מסיח דעתו מהם כיון שהדקל עומד להיעקר לאחר שיתייבש.

* הקונה שלושה אילנות מחברו - לדעת רב יוחנן: הרי זה קנה קרקע תחתיהן וביניהן וחוצה להם כמלוא אורה וסלו, אך רבי אלעזר סובר ש"המוכר בעין רעה מוכר" ולכן הקשה על רבי יוחנן שפסק שמקבל הלוקח אף "אורה וסלו".
* בשטח של "אורה וסלו" - לדעת רב יוסף: בעל השדה (המוכר) רשאי לזרוע שם, ולדעת אביי: לא המוכר רשאי ולא הלוקח רשאי.
* הקונה שלושה אילנות מחברו יש לו קרקע - לדעת רב יוסף בשם רב יהודה בשם שמואל: דין זה הוא רק אם המרחק בין האילנות הוא מארבע עד שמונה אמות, ולדעת רבא בשם רב נחמן בשם שמואל: משמונה עד שש עשרה אמות.

We have to be grateful for pain agony anguish & suffering.
Now we can't practice being grateful for a toothache. It's better to practice being grateful while eating ice cream or chocolate cake. That's when it's time to flex our gratitude muscles.
First of all make a very big bra'cha blessing thanking and praising G-d for it.
Let's think of the sugar and the chocolate and the other flavors, the coloring... and while we're enjoying it, [think of] what G-d the powerfully almighty kind compassionate and merciful G-d is doing for us. - So that's an exercise in gratitude which is much easier.
