ብሩህ የሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራ የኃሳቦች ውድድር  በኢትዮጵያ የሚታዩ ቁልፍ ችግሮችን ለመፍታትና የሥራ ዕድሎችን ለመፍጠር የሚችሉ አዳዲስ ኃሳቦች ይዘው የሚመጡ ወጣቶችን ለማበረታታት የተዘጋጀ የሶስት ዓመታት የውድድር መርሃ ግብር ነው።

አመርቂ የቢዝነስ ሃሳብ ይዘው ለመጡ ወጣቶች የስልጠና፣ የመነሻ ገንዘብና የቢዝነስ ማብቂያ ድጋፍ በመስጠት አትራፊ፣ ለወጣቶች የስራ እድል የሚፈጥሩ ተምሳሌት የሚሆኑ ወጣቶችን ማፍራት አላማው አድርጓል።

በቀጣዮቹ 3 ዓመታትም 500 ኃሳቦችን በመመልመል ልዩ ልዩ እውቀትና ልምድ ባላቸው አሰልጣኞች ለአንድ ወር በአንድ ቦታ በማሰልጠንና በማወዳደር በውድድሩ መስፈርት መሰረት አሸናፊ ለሚሆኑት 300 ኃሳቦች የሥራ ማስጀመሪያ ማበረታቻ ሽልማትን ይሰጣል።

ከተሸለሙት 300 ኃሳቦች 200 ወደ ቢዝነሶች ማጎልበቻ ፕሮግራም ይገባሉ። በዚህ ውድድር የሚበለጽጉ ጀማሪ የቢዝነስ ኃሳቦችን በቀጥታ የቢዝነስ ልማት ድጋፍ ከኃሳብ ማጎልበት እስከ ማቋቋም ድረስ ይሰጣቸዋል ተብሏል።

ብሩህ የፈጠራ ሀሳቦች ውድድር በኮሚሽኑ፣ በማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽን፣ በከተሞች ሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራና ምግብ ዋስትና ኤጀንሲና በክልሎች የሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራ አስፈጻሚ አካላት በጋራ የሚተገበር ነው፡፡

The Young Leaders Access Program is a year-long program that prepares young people to become leaders of change in their communities through leadership development, global citizenship, self-awareness, and vision planning.

📋 Program: 1 year (virtual)
- Community Needs Assessment (2 months);
