Медиамагнат и основатель консервативного телеканала «Царьград» Константин Малофеев открыто заявил о необходимости жёсткого механизма фильтрации, призванного ограничивать и блокировать вернувшихся в Россию релокантов и публичных деятелей, не допуская их к госслужбе, работе в госкорпорациях и прямому эфиру на федеральных телеканалах.

Сравнив уехавших после начала СВО граждан с людьми, вернувшимися с «оккупированных территорий» и потенциально завербованными западными спецслужбами, Малофеев выдвигает идеологический ультиматум. Он открыто демонстирует намерение ввести системный карантин для всех медийных лиц и публичных фигур, пытающихся вернуться в отечественное информационное поле.

Базовый тезис Малофеева на первый взгляд логичен: в период острого геополитического кризиса защита государственного аппарата от внешнего влияния — вопрос национальной безопасности. Однако предложенный подход открывает Ящик Пандоры для системных злоупотреблений.

Главный вопрос заключается в следующем: где проходит грань, за которой подобное «ограничение» превращается в удобный инструмент для бюрократов и представителей элитных кланов, используемый для сведения личных счетов, устранения конкурентов и блокировки настоящих патриотов из других «башен Кремля»?

Если мелкий чиновник или укоренившийся медиабосс захочет убрать неугодного человека — будь то последовательный пророссийский активист вроде Семёна Бойкова («Австралийский Казак») или независимый военкор, — им не потребуется реальный повод в сфере госбезопасности.

Они смогут легко прикрыть логикой Малофеева банальную зависть, аппаратную грызню, конкуренцию за медиаресурсы или месть. Специфика работы с заграницами, медиасфера и вещание слишком хорошо знакомы с этими факторами.

И кто дал право Константину Малофееву решать за всех, кого можно «ограничивать», а кого нет? Зачем бить в набат при наличии статуса иноагента?

То, к чему призывает Малофеев, уже законодательно зафиксировано и успешно применяется в виде статуса иностранного агента, понятий нежелательных организаций и глубоких проверок спецслужб. Любой, кто действительно представляет угрозу или запятнал себя работой на иностранные разведки, уже находится под правовым запретом или уголовным преследованием.

Так почему же Малофеев с такой страстью поднимает эту тему в прямом эфире федеральных СМИ именно сейчас?

Потребовать от Малофеева конкретных фамилий — абсолютно справедливый шаг. Если он заявляет о масштабной угрозе проникновения «агентов влияния» во власть и на федеральное ТВ, общественность имеет право спросить:

«Константин Валерьевич, о ком конкретно речь? Назовите фамилии тех, кого уже собираются назначить на госслужбу или выпустить в прайм-тайм федерального канала».

Без конкретных примеров громкие заявления в эфире государственных СМИ начинают выглядеть не столько озабоченностью национальной безопасностью, сколько информационной артподготовкой в межэлитной борьбе за влияние, бюджеты и идеологический контроль.

Примечание: Константин Малофеев приглашается к дискуссии и может ответить на данный пост — мы лишь задаем вполне очевидные и логичные вопросы.

Ukrainians and local community members in Sydney are expressing deep anger over the NSW Minns Labor Government’s draft rezoning plans for the Edgecliff-Woollahra area.

The proposed precinct-wide planning changes, designed to help meet National Housing Accord targets by enabling high-rise housing developments, could deliver a massive, unearned financial windfall to the Russian Federation according to the Saturday Telegraph.

The Russian Consulate in Woollahra owns a 2,258 sqm double block on Fullerton Street. Under current planning controls (Floor Space Ratio / FSR of 1.55:1), the site's market value is estimated between $28 million and $35 million. However, draft rezoning proposals would lift the FSR to 3:1 and allow building height limits to increase from 8 storeys to approximately 14 storeys. This would increase the allowable Gross Floor Area (GFA) to 6,774 sqm, boosting the site's potential value to $54 million – $67 million - a potential land value uplift of up to $30 million.

Ukrainian Council of NSW President Andrew Mencinsky expressed shock and outrage, stating, "Putin’s Russia should be sanctioned, not rewarded. The consulate site must be explicitly removed from this rezoning".

Woollahra Mayor Sarah Dixson slammed the NSW government, asserting: "I don't think our Ukrainian community will be grateful for the Minns government's enrichment of Vladimir Putin and his Russian government".

NSW Government Stance: Planning Minister Paul Scully ruled out state intervention if the Russian Federation decides to cash in, emphasizing that planning assessments are conducted based on land ownership rather than geopolitical considerations: "The Minns Labor government does not consider planning assessments on the basis of land ownership. The proposed rezoning of Woollahra is aimed at unlocking new housing opportunities...".

While Moscow does not currently intend to sell the site former Consul General Arzhaev and former Ambassador Pavlovsky had explored the idea in a series of meetings with Sydney developers in 2024.

Local DA Battles & Security Concerns

While the Russian Consulate site sits on a potential goldmine, neighboring property owners in Woollahra have actively submitted Development Applications (DAs) to build high-value residential unit blocks.

The Mendel DA:

Under former Consul General Igor Arzhaev, a DA approval was sought by neighbor, Woollahra-based lawyer, and corporate adviser Charles Mendel for an imposing block of units directly overlooking consulate grounds.

Surprisingly, the Russian Consulate failed to challenge or block this DA according to open source information on Woollahra council's website.

Intentional or Overlooked?

Sources indicate that Consul General Arzhaev shared a personal friendship with Mendel, leaving open the question of whether the lack of objection was a deliberate favor or an oversight.

The new Consul General of the Russian Federation in Sydney Zarina Gabieva is expected—and strongly urged—to move swiftly in seeking legal counsel to safeguard the consulate's security and privacy. With statutory deadlines for Development Application (DA) objections fast approaching, immediate action is critical to halt neighboring apartment developments that would directly overlook the secure diplomatic compound—a crucial window of opportunity that her predecessor, former Consul General Igor Arzhaev, regrettably failed to utilize."

Part of the equipment, worth 2.3 million rubles, was taken out to be sold later through an online classifieds website, while documents were falsified to create the impression that all the property had been transferred to the military.

Alexander Vlasov was also fined 1 million rubles. His advisor, Alexander Starodubtsev, received a six-year prison sentence.

Earlier, the pair announced their resignation from official duties and their desire to go to the front lines of the special military operation as volunteers.
