RUSSIA TO REQUIRE DECLARATION OF FOREIGN CRYPTO WALLETS FROM JULY 2026
Russia has submitted a bill requiring residents to declare all foreign crypto wallets to tax authorities, with the rule set to take effect from July 1, 2026.
The proposal aims to increase transparency, improve tax compliance, and strengthen oversight of cross border digital asset activity. Individuals and entities holding crypto outside domestic platforms would need to report their holdings and transactions.

Price is now forming a tight compression/mini consolidation near the lower half of the channel, showing weakening momentum and lack of bullish continuation. Every bounce is getting capped, confirming seller control.
