The fair will open Saturday at noon, instead of 10 a.m. The FIFA Fan Zone will also open at noon.

To help guests stay cool and comfortable throughout the day, the following cooling resources will be available across the event site:

- Complimentary water distribution and water refill stations
- Cooling tents
- Air-conditioned cooling buses

All 15 large pavilion structures, located between 4th Street and 14th Street, are air-conditioned and available for guests to cool off while exploring exhibits from across America.

📢 🇺🇸 🛠 Communism is the enemy of free people everywhere. It is the enemy of the Constitution. Above all, it is the enemy of July 4, 1776.

Trump: Yet as we approach this magnificent anniversary, we see our American identity under a renewed attack. A generation after we fought and won the Cold War against the menace of Communism, there is now a resurgence of the Communist menace in our land—including from newcomers to our country who embrace ideas totally opposed to our way of life.

These are not mere political disagreements, like differences over taxes or regulations. Communism is a mortal threat to American Liberty. It is the Greatest Threat to our Country including World War One, World War Two, Pearl Harbor, or 9/11.

Because Communism is the enemy of Free People everywhere. It is the enemy of the Constitution. Above all, it is the Enemy of July 4th, 1776.

Even while the Radicals and Extremists attack our incredible history at every turn, they are SILENT on the miserable history of Communism itself. Their system has led to more death and destruction than any system ever tried—it killed 100 million people in the last century.

Communism is the exact opposite of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—it is death, tyranny and the pursuit of evil.

The Godless Communist morality states that anything is justified to bring about the inhuman visions they propose. They have no respect for law, justice, principle, tradition, or your God-given rights.

It is an ideology of mass theft, mass control, mass lies, and mass murder. Such doctrines can be given no quarter in a Democracy, because the first thing they do when they get into power is turn around, and destroy it—just as Communists have done in other countries all over the world.

Very simply, Communism represents the worst ideas and abuses in history by the worst people—the American Founding represents the best ideas and traditions in history by the best people.

You can be loyal to Karl Marx, or you can be loyal to America. You can be a Communist, or you can be a Patriot. You cannot be both.

As for those who would peddle Marxist lies about our heritage—who tell our children that we live on stolen land, or that our heroes were oppressors—they are doing something much worse than slandering our past. They are attacking our future. They are trying to tear down the American Character, to destroy the people who declared Independence, crossed the Delaware, settled the West, and conquered the skies. But we will never let that happen.

Our American Ancestors did not shed their blood at Concord and Trenton, Gettysburg and Shiloh, Midway and Normandy, just so that a band of thieves and radicals could come in and loot and pillage the nation our heroes died to win, build, and save.

So on the eve of this 250th anniversary of American Liberty, we resolve and swear for all to hear that the Citizens of the United States of America will vanquish Communism from our shores, and send it into exile once and for all. America will never be a Communist country!

🇮🇩 ❌️ 🇺🇸 The West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) say they killed Nicholas F Gosselin after he landed in the Highland Papua province on Thursday. The separatists claim civilian pilots have been ferrying Indonesian troops into the region, and said Gosselin's death sent "a message".

🇮🇩 Indonesian officials confirmed that Gosselin's plane had been found burnt, but said it was unclear what happened to him or his seven passengers on board.

The killing comes after years of conflict between the Indonesian government and West Papua's indigenous people over independence for the resource-rich region.

Indonesian officials said a plane with an American pilot carrying ‌seven passengers was found burned at an airport in the Yahukimo region.

🇳🇿 In 2024 a New Zealand pilot was freed after 19 months as a prisoner of the same group, after lengthy negotiations by officials in Jakarta and Wellington.

A month earlier TNPB gunmen had killed another New Zealander, helicopter pilot Glen Malcolm Conning, who was shot shortly after landing in a remote village.

🌹 🇺🇸 🗳 Building the Party, One Office at a Time | Hazel Williams

In December 2025 the National Political Committee (NPC), DSA’s highest leadership body, approved my proposal to relaunch the Office Matching Funds program to provide financial assistance to DSA chapters needing to open new offices. This effort is part of my broader priority on the NPC to leverage national infrastructure to “Build the Foundation to Raise the Roof” by developing strong, democratic, and socially embedded chapters capable of building a durable, working-class party. As of June 2026, the program has been a resounding success in mobilizing national resources for local infrastructure and expanding socialist organization.

Initially intended to unlock an idle pool of leftover funds, the program’s popularity and success led to the pool being expanded through fundraising and a budget increase, resulting in more than $140,000 allocated to 20 chapters in every region of the country. Chapters in Lincoln, NE, Tampa, FL, Salina, KS, Portland, OR, and elsewhere are now poised to establish new socialist offices. This first round was successful enough that in May the NPC approved my proposal to secure an additional $200,000 for future rounds.

The success of this first round confirms that a socialist movement capable of sustained political struggle cannot rely indefinitely on informal networks, coffee shop meetings, or comrades’ private homes. It requires permanent spaces where political life can take root and develop socially.

Of course, offices alone do not make a party. A genuine party remains a distant goal for DSA, requiring a great leap in organizational and political development. But under existing conditions, offices play a necessary role in this stage of its development, offering continuity beyond election cycles and leadership transitions and allowing chapters to become recognizable socialist fixtures in our communities.

The Office Matching Funds program is not merely a one-off grant initiative but a proof of concept for developing the institutional foundations of socialist politics across the country.

Indeed, our experience with the model has influenced other national initiatives, including the Locals First grants and the new Abolish ICE organizing grant program that I designed through the Abolish ICE Commission. Both replicate the model of democratic oversight, national resource redistribution, and organizational infrastructure.

Ultimately, this program is a meaningful step towards transforming DSA from a loose confederation of chapters into a more coordinated, infrastructurally grounded, and politically enduring organization capable of building a working-class party.

Saudi Arabia is said to have donated 5 used Boeing 777-268ERs to Iran's Mahan Air and two of them were seen at Tehran's Mehrabad airport.

The Emiratis are said to deliver another 5 airlines, also Boeing 777s. The aircraft were first flown to Oman and then to Iran.

🛢🚢 Marine traffic, Kpler's verified data directly contradicts Trump administration's claims that oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz have surpassed 10 million barrels per day.

According to maritime tracking firm Kpler, there were 34, 48, and 38 vessel crossings over the past three days — far below the prewar average of 125-140 crossings per day.

Kpler estimates approximately 5 million barrels of oil are exiting the strait daily on average in June. This is half the U.S. official's 10 million bpd claim, and just one-quarter of the roughly 20 million barrels per day that transited the strait before the war.

The numbers don't add up. A U.S. official told Bloomberg this week that U.S. military support had driven a shipping surge. Kpler's verified crossings data tells a different story. The Strait is moving oil again, but at a fraction of pre-war capacity.

National DSA awarded $140,000 to open 20 new offices across the US

The geographical breadth of the grants is also politically significant. Grant distributions were not concentrated in major liberal coastal strongholds; they were distributed across a wide range of chapters of various sizes facing varied political conditions. The program expands socialist infrastructure in places often overlooked in national narratives about DSA, including Kansas, Alabama, Ohio, and Florida. This program boosts rural and southern chapters at a key stage in their development while reducing uneven development across chapters and strengthening the organization-wide coordination necessary for party-building.

A national program is helping chapters open headquarters using a participatory selection process. Twenty chapters in every region benefited, and the program will expand to a new round of grants.

This is why the famous adage “all politics is local” applies doubly and triply to the United States. The so-called movement is largely an online phenomenon, but even to the degree it is not, setting up a “national” organization is a ridiculous and futile exercise in a country as large as this. Since the Klan in the 1920s, I’ve never heard of a successful WN organization win power in even one county in America, let alone one state. DSA is doing the work of drilling down into specific areas, organizing them and winning elections. We should only be learning from this.

🧑‍🎓 🇬🇧 🏫 White British students are now a minority in grammar schools, analysis by The Telegraph has found.

Their numbers have fallen by more than a fifth – 21.6 per cent – in the past decade as grammar schools recruit growing numbers of ethnic minority pupils.

This year, white British children comprised 46 per cent of all students at English grammar schools, compared to 66.8 per cent in 2016, according to the analysis of Department for Education data.

On Monday, a inquiry report found that white working-class children were some of the most disadvantaged and underachieving in English schools.

The report on the inquiry into White Working Class Educational Outcomes concluded that the education system was “not set up to serve white working-class children and families”.

🇵🇱❌🇺🇦 Poland Should Be Cautious in Pledging Aid for Ukraine, Tusk Says

Poland should be cautious in pledging further financial aid to Ukraine at next week’s NATO summit in Ankara, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Friday, adding to an increasingly skeptical tone in Warsaw toward its eastern neighbor.

“Poland has its own big responsibility for defending the European Union’s eastern border,” Tusk said at a news conference in Warsaw. “Ukraine is fighting, but Poland bears the main burden of defending the border and needs a special treatment.”

Tusk said he already instructed foreign and defense ministers about Poland’s stance at the summit. Poland will still support Ukraine in its war with Russia, he said.

It wasn’t immediately clear whether Tusk was referring to a statement that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization leaders are set to sign in Turkey’s capital. A draft of the joint statement would have allies pledge €70 billion ($80 billion) in aid to Ukraine in 2026 and 2027, Bloomberg News reported on Friday.

Poland and Ukraine have been locked in an increasingly fraught historical dispute. The row culminated in President Volodymyr Zelenskyy being stripped of Poland’s highest state honor after he named one of Ukraine’s military units after World War II nationalist fighters.

Kiev hails the Ukrainian Insurgent Army for guerrilla independence warfare during and just after the war. Warsaw says they are guilty of genocide for their involvement in killing an estimated 100,000 Poles in the Volhynia region in 1943-1945.

🇸🇦⚔️🇾🇪 Ansarullah/Houthi medias reported that earlier today, two Saudi fighter jets breached Yemeni (Houthi) airspace wanting to bomb the airport in the capital, Sana'a to prevent an airplane carrying a Houthi delegation from taking off and missing out the funeral of former Iranian Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.

The Saudi Air Force called off the mission after Houthi air defenses attempted to shoot down the jets and threatened to retaliate with a missile attack on Riyadh.

This incident comes amidst heightened tensions and a mass mobilization effort of Yemeni fighters in Houthi territory and the territories controlled by the internationally recognised and Saudi-backed Yemeni government and the territories of the now-defunct Southern Transitional Council.
