The Russian army has begun using a new tactic to locate Ukrainian FPV drone crews, reports UAV expert Flesh.

"An FPV drone with a large battery flies around the front line, hovering over fields and villages. Video is recorded simultaneously on an SD card in several frequency bands. Upon return, the video is analyzed. The task is to find the locations of FPV pilots who take off with low VTX power. Distant interception points do not detect weak signals, but the radio reconnaissance drone captures the image well at milliwatt levels," writes Sergey Beskrestnov.

The crews controlling UAVs are a priority target for both sides, as drones are currently the main weapon in this war.

➡️ The news come after tension between the world's two biggest economies flared after the United States added more foreign companies under its sanctions and China set wide-ranging export curbs on rare earths and critical materials in response.

➡️ The announcement, following Li's April appointment to the job of lead international trade negotiator, was part of a routine list of recent ambassadorial changes approved by President Xi Jinping.

📝 China's current representative to the WTO now is Li Yongjie, who presented her credentials on September 29, the trade body said on its Weibo social media account. Beijing sometimes makes no formal announcement when an official takes up a new role.

Ukraine admitted to using British StormShadow missiles last night in a strike on a chemical plant in Bryansk Oblast and the Smolensk Thermal Power Plant plunging the city into darkness.

On top of this, Treasury secretary, Scott Bessent, said that Trump will place new sanctions on Russia in the coming hours.

This comes after a telephone conversation between Foreign Secretary, Marco Rubio, and foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, with Rubio failing to get Lavrov to ask Putin to halt the offensives in Ukraine.

🇪🇺 The European Commission just launched consultations for EU-wide house & apartment price and rent controls!

The Climate Action Network NGO is lobbying hard for the EU to enshrine the "right to affordable housing" noting that since 2015, on average, home prices rose by 53% across the EU, in some countries by more than double of the EU average.

Of course, the CAN NGO blames real-estate developers and landlords for the lack of affordable housing and soaring rents and ask the Commission to force real-estate companies to allocate 5-10% of the new homes they build to "social housing programs" and empower local governments to deny property rights in order to make use of vacant and dilapidated housing.

Despite the growing pressure on EU authorities to fix the housing bubble plaguing many of the union's cities, a few days ago, the EU announced 42 billion EURs for the student-exchange Erasmus program specifically meant to bring in more "students" from Africa and the Middle East.

Truth is, the only solution to soaring rents and unaffordable housing is #remigration. The housing bubble in European cities is a direct result of the uncontrolled levels of legal immigration. Illegal immigration can play a role too but it has much less of an impact than legal immigration as legal immigrants can rent houses without fear of being deported.

If the European Commission was interested in offering a real solution to the housing problem they would implement #remigration right away but instead, their solution as presented on their website, is empowering national governments to give state subsidies and other forms of public compensation to households who "are not able, due to market outcomes and notably market failures, to access housing at affordable conditions".

It is not the fault of the market that some people, young people especially, cannot find cheap rents or buy a home early in their adulthood. It is the fault of bad immigration policies enforced and defended at all costs by leftist and center-right governments across the EU.

This is the EU cycle 🔄: the EU breaks something ➡️ people get upset and demand change ➡️ the EU through national and local govs pays them a token financial compensation to get them to shut up and the problem remains and worsens over time which necessitates even more compensation & so on and so forth.

Russian forces have advanced south of Pokrovsk and within the city as well - Russia now controls 46% of the city. Russian troops have also entered the city of Mirnograd from the southeast.

During the negotiation in Spain, the US delegation threatened more semiconductor control measures against China.

Li Chenggang then picked up the phone and ordered the anti-monopoly investigation against Nvidia during the meeting, right in front of Scott Bessent's face.

On the issue of US threatening to impose docking fees on ships built in China; We told the US delegation, that we will impose crippling rare earth export control bans if they go through with it.

Bessent didn't believe the warning, he didn't even fully convey our position on this matter to Trump, which is why Trump was so blindsided when the rare earth export control went into effect, claiming in his Truth Social post that "it came out of nowhere".

Bronchand opens the interview admitting that immigration has been bad for France but rules out civil war as a result of it. Instead, he believes the ultimate effects of France's decades long unrestricted immigration policy will result in France failing to secure safety and prosperity for its citizens, thus becoming a 3rd world country.

Bronchand notes that a civil war or revolutions like the 1848 and 1870 Communes, where ideologues managed to create parallel societies is unrealistic because, as he put it, "for the indigenous inhabitants of France, political violence is not fashionable. The former director of the DGSE then says that the decline of state authority and the rupture of the social fabric will be cause by migrants acknowledging that despite decades after first arriving here, even 4th generation immigrants haven't lost all the "baggage" from their original home. Pierre Bronchand explicitly says that the Global South "seeks to take revenge on the Global North" and that this desire hasn't subsided no matter how long the immigrants have been living in France for.

A majority African and Muslim France is "inevitable" and will happen way before the beginning of the 22nd century said Bronchard with interethnic violence becoming the new normal for the French people. 🇺🇸 Subprime lender files for chapter 11 bankruptcy!

PrimaLend Capital Partners filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Wednesday, in another sign that low-income consumers in the United States are under strain.

The company's filings in a Texas court showed that it listed both assets and liabilities of less than $500 million.

Subprime lenders provide loans to borrowers with weaker credit histories or lower credit scores, typically at higher interest rates to offset the increased risk of default.

Last month, Bloomberg News reported that PrimaLend's creditors were weighing pushing the firm into bankruptcy after going unpaid for months.

Tricolor, which sold cars and provided auto loans mostly to low-income Hispanic communities in the Southwestern United States, also filed for bankruptcy protection in September.
