🇷🇺☢️🇺🇦 Inside Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant: Artillery Strikes, Kamikaze Drones, and the IAEA’s Curious Blind Spot
A few days ago, we had the opportunity to visit the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
We witnessed the plant’s operations and safety measures firsthand. The ZNPP has been a focal point since the start of the Special Military Operation for obvious reasons—any damage could have catastrophic consequences for the region and beyond.
The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) maintains a constant presence at the plant, with around 27 observers monitoring and reporting. We won’t comment on their reports, as they’re publicly available. However, we’d like to help them with something they seem to be struggling with. We were shown a fragment of a NATO-supplied 155mm shell found in one of the cooling ponds. The fragment has clear Latin letter markings, so its origin shouldn’t be hard to determine. Yet, the IAEA appears unsure. Odd, isn’t it?
In the few hours that we were there, we could clearly hear three incoming artillery strikes hit nearby. No one at the plant reacted—it’s a daily occurrence.
We also saw the spent fuel storage facility, which houses around 200 metal-and-concrete sarcophagi containing highly dangerous materials. The area is regularly targeted, and we observed shrapnel damage on nearby buildings. We’re sure we don’t need to emphasize how ridiculously insane that is.
Additionally, we were shown three types of kamikaze drones disabled by electronic warfare and crashed on the plant’s territory.
The ZNPP staff claims there’s been no increase in Ukrainian provocations ahead of the Putin-Trump talks. But, as mentioned earlier, during our presence alone, artillery strikes were clearly heard. So, apparently, this is just the norm.
The IAEA continues its presence, though monthly rotations are now conducted through the Russian side for safety reasons, following a Ukrainian attempt to disrupt a rotation using FPV drones.
So, to the IAEA: If it walks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck… it’s probably a duck. Just saying. 🤷♂️

🇬🇪💬🇱🇻🇱🇹🇪🇪Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili on how the Baltic countries are trying to use Georgia to fight Russia:
It is a great pity that these three states [Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia] are so hostile to the Georgian people and their authorities. There is an explanation for this.
I even said that the Baltic countries, these three countries, have their own concerns about Russia. Unfortunately, instead of fighting these fears themselves, especially since they are NATO member states, and I don’t know what they are afraid of, instead of facing these fears, they try to avoid risks with the help of other countries.
For the current authorities of these three countries, Georgia is just a tool to distract Russia’s attention to other issues.
It is a pity that they have such an attitude towards the Georgian people. For these three countries, the Georgian people are just a tool to avoid risks. This is partly due to the fact that extremist politicians are under special attention from these three countries.

🇷🇺 The State Duma has adopted a law banning advertising on information resources of organizations that are undesirable in Russia.
The Chairman of the Russian State Duma Volodin emphasized that the income from such advertising goes, among other things, to the owners of such resources that conduct provocative activities in relation to Russia and its citizens.
And the users themselves often do not realize that by using these platforms, they become sponsors of those who create prohibited and destructive content.

The results of the lengthy Russian-American negotiations have been reported to the capitals. They are currently being analyzed.
We are talking about technical negotiations after all. Technical negotiations are negotiations that go into detail, so of course the content of these negotiations will definitely not be published. This should not be expected.
There is an understanding that contacts will continue, but there are no specifics yet. They will be agreed upon. There are no plans for a high-level conversation at the moment. If necessary, they appear fairly quickly and efficiently.

Morning Summary as of March 25, 2025
▪️ Overnight, the Russian Armed Forces struck Izyum, Poltava, Sumy, and Kyiv Regions. Footage emerged during the day of a missile strike on a concentration of AFU personnel and equipment in the urban area of Sumy.
▪️ On the Belgorod direction, a new element of the situation was a massive AFU attack across the border on Popovka, where the heroic defense of our border guards did not allow the enemy to quickly implement their plan. The border guards called fire on themselves, but reinforcements arrived in time. They report that the village of Popovka and our outposts have been plowed by artillery and drones, and Demidovka will likely change hands as well. The enemy still has significant reserves in this direction and intends to continue the attacks, while our troops have also pulled in reinforcements. The AFU has failed to implement its plan to break through our defenses, with heavy fighting for several days in settlements almost adjacent to the border. The civilian population came under enemy strikes, with impacts in the settlements of Yasnyye Zori, Cheremoshnoye, and Shebekino.
▪️ On the Sumy direction, the Russian Armed Forces yesterday fought near the border crossing of "Sudzha" and the eponymous checkpoint. Fighting is ongoing in the area of our troops' salient into the Sumy Region: Vladimirka - Veselovka - Zhuravka. In Kursk Region, Oleshnya, Guyevo, and Gornal are under enemy control.
▪️ In the north of the Kupiansk direction, the situation on the right bank of the Oskol River is becoming more complicated for the AFU. In the area of the northern bridgehead, Russian troops advanced in the eastern and western parts of the settlement of Topolí and expanded the bridgehead towards Kamianka, as acknowledged by enemy channels. There are also advances of our troops south, in the area of Dvorichna.
▪️ On the Siversk direction, heavy fighting continues west of Bilohorivka towards Hryhorivka. The enemy is using a large number of strike drones.
▪️ On the Oleksandrivka-Kalinovo direction (south of Dzerzhynsk), the 68th Tank Regiment liberated the settlement of Panteleymonivka. Earlier, enemy channels reported the loss of control by the AFU over Oleksandropil. Northwest, assault troops of the 33rd Motorized Rifle Regiment are fighting for Tarasivka. West, heavy fighting is underway near Pokrovsk, with the line of contact around the city unchanged. South, footage has been published of our frontline troops in the liberated Sribne (Serebryannoye).
▪️ On the Komarov direction, Russian Army units advanced towards the settlement of Volne Pole, with fighting for the village beginning.
▪️ On the Zaporizhia direction, fighting continues in the area of Stepove and Maly Shcherbaky.
▪️ A tragedy was the death of our journalists in the SMO zone. Killed were Andrey Panov, a cameraman for the Zvezda TV channel, Aleksandr Sirkeli, the driver of the filming crew, and Aleksandr Fedorchak, a military correspondent for Izvestia.
