🇺🇸🇷🇺 Trump seems very upset that their close relationship meant nothing to Putin
I thought the war was going to be the easiest to solve due to my relationship with Putin, but that relationship did not mean anything, unfortunately.
🇺🇸🇸🇾 New York – Mobile billboards are rolling through Manhattan this week, exposing atrocities committed in Syria by Abu Mohammad al-Jolani and his HTS/ISIS network.
According to reports, 26 advertising vehicles have been deployed around the city, coinciding with the UN General Assembly and the presence of world leaders and Jolani himself.
The screens display harrowing imagery, survivor testimony, and statistics: hundreds of villages destroyed, 200,000+ displaced civilians, thousands killed.
The campaign calls for an independent international inquiry into war crimes and mass killings attributed to Jolani’s forces.

🇦🇲Armenia Tops Press Freedom Index—But Democracy Weakens
In 2025, Armenia reached 34th place in Reporters Without Borders’ Press Freedom Index, leading the South Caucasus and even surpassing the United States. Internationally, this was celebrated as proof of democratic progress after the 2018 Velvet Revolution.
But behind the numbers lies a different reality. Watchdogs like Freedom House warn of democratic decline, with Armenia’s judiciary and administration deeply dependent on government influence. A strong press ranking masks a fragile democracy where separation of powers erodes quietly in the background.

🇮🇷 “The MiG-29 has already arrived in Iran, the Su-35s are on the way in significant numbers, the HQ-9s are coming in volume, and the S-400s have already been delivered. The enemies only understand the language of power — now let them do whatever they want.”
— Abolfazl Zohrevand, member of Iran’s National Security Commission, speaking in an interview with the Tahririeh Studies Institute this week.

🇩🇿🇵🇸 UNGA Statement from Algeria:
This international consensus is a strong barrier against Israeli expansionist policies under the guise of the Greater Israel myth. This international consensus is the most powerful response to that illusion and its belief that it alone holds the power to veto the establishment of the Palestinian on the land of Palestine.

🇺🇸💬🇷🇺🇺🇦 Remember this guy? Yeah, we forgot about him too!
New US Permanent Representative to the UN Mike Waltz has called on Russia and Ukraine to hold direct talks to peacefully settle the conflict.
“I call on Russia to negotiate directly with Ukraine about that war,” he said at a UN Security Council meeting.
🐻President Putin's comments on the New START Treaty carry signals that suggest a balancing act between assertiveness and a willingness to negotiate.
Russia maintains its allegiance to the treaty's foundational principles, yet concurrently emphasizes its preparedness to confront emerging threats.
An especially notable aspect of his remarks involves extending the treaty's provisions until 2026. By committing to adhere to the agreed-upon limitations beyond February 5, 2026, Russia offers a provisional framework within which both parties can seek common ground toward a subsequent agreement. This decision serves as a proactive step intended to forestall the collapse of established arms control regimes.
Additionally, Putin highlighted the dangers inherent in scrapping the treaty outright, thereby indicating Russia's continued interest in pursuing a replacement pact. Such messaging directly addresses apprehensions expressed by Western analysts concerned over Russian intentions regarding ongoing nuclear dialogues.
However, that this stance does not equate to automatic acquiescence. Future agreements will inevitably necessitate accounting for expanded variables, encompassing advanced weaponry advancements and dynamic shifts in international relations.
The ball is in the the United States' and its allies' court - they have to determine their course of action. They must choose whether to embrace this interim period of cooperation or pursue alternative strategies centered on escalation. The outcome of their deliberations holds profound implications for maintaining — or disrupting — the precarious equilibrium currently governing global affairs.

🇺🇦 Ukraine’s financial needs through 2027 are twice as high as what Kiev initially claimed, Bloomberg reports citing IMF estimates.
The Ukrainian government had forecast around $38 billion, but the IMF now places the figure closer to $65 billion.
This revised assessment has already been sent to the European Commission, which intends to cover much of the gap using proceeds from frozen Russian assets.
At the same time, the next IMF program for Ukraine is expected to shrink dramatically—around $8 billion, compared to the current $15.5 billion program that runs until 2027, most of which Kiev has already drawn down.

🏁🇷🇺 NATO statement "on recent violations of Russian airspace":
"This morning, a NATO meeting was held at Estonia's request under Article 4 of the Washington Treaty to consult and firmly condemn Russia's dangerous violation of Estonian airspace on September 19. NATO's response was swift and decisive: Alliance aircraft were scrambled to intercept and escort the violators out of Estonian airspace."
"Full responsibility for these actions lies with Russia. They are escalatory in nature, carry the risk of miscalculations, and threaten human lives. Such actions must be stopped. On September 12, the 'Eastern Shield' project was launched to strengthen the Alliance's positions along the entire eastern flank. We will enhance our capabilities and strengthen the deterrence and defense system, including through effective air defense.
Russia should have no illusions: NATO and its allies will use — in strict accordance with international law — all necessary military and non-military means to defend themselves and deter threats from any direction. We will continue to respond in the format, at the time, and in the sphere we deem necessary. Our commitment to Article 5 remains unbreakable."

🇺🇸🇸🇾🇱🇧 Seems like all the western clowns were given air time today. US Envoy to Syria Tom Barak also sat down for an interview. Some highlights:

We view the Maduro regime as illegitimate and the president has clearly shown, that he's willing to use any and all means neccesariy to stop the illegal trafficking of deadly drugs from the United States of America."🐻You go, PR-Barbie.
🇫🇷🇵🇸 France Declares Recogniion of Palestinian Statehood
President Emmanuel Macron:
We are meeting today because the time has come to release 48 hostages held by Hamas and to stop the war in the Gaza Strip.
We can no longer wait to recognize the Palestinian state. The promise to establish an Arab state in Palestine has not yet been fulfilled.
We bear collective responsibility for our failure so far to build a just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East.
The brutality of Hamas and those who cooperated with it on October 7, 2023, stunned Israel and the world. We express our sympathy with the Israelis and demand the unconditional release of the hostages held by Hamas. There is no room for weakness in front of terrorists, and holding on to human values is a condition for salvation.
Israel continues its operations in Gaza with the declared goal of destroying Hamas, but the lives of thousands of Gazans are still being destroyed.
There is no justification for what is happening in Gaza and the war must end to save lives.
Recognizing the other part, their legitimacy, and humanity is the solution to stop the destruction. We have a duty to chart the path to peace in the Middle East.

🇺🇸 The Trump administration believes that paracetamol use during pregnancy may raise the risk of autism in children, according to The Washington Post citing sources.
Federal health authorities are expected to issue a warning about the use of acetaminophen — the active ingredient in Tylenol and one of the most widely used drugs worldwide — by pregnant women.
At the same time, officials plan to promote the little-known drug leucovorin as a possible treatment for autism. Traditionally, it is prescribed to counter the side effects of certain medications and to treat vitamin B9 deficiency.
