🇦🇹🇺🇦🇷🇺 Colonel Markus Reisner from the Austrian Armed Forces expressed the view that the initial stage of the Ukrainian Offensive has been unsuccessful. This is attributed to the Ukrainian forces employing NATO military strategies that are ineffective against the well-fortified and heavily mined Russian defenses.

However, Colonel Reisner also mentioned that Ukraine is now shifting its tactics and anticipates some limited successes along the frontline, but without any significant breakthroughs.
