🇯🇵Japan’s former Economic Security Minister Sanae Takaichi has been elected leader of the ruling party
A former drummer in a high school metal band, Takaichi is set to become the next Japanese prime minister after Shigeru Ishiba’s resignation, which is expected in the coming days, making her the first female prime minister in the country's history.
🇯🇵Takaichi is a hard-line conservative and longtime ally of Shinzo Abe, known for repeated visits to Yasukuni Shrine, opposition to same-sex marriage, female succession to the Japanese throne, far-right affiliation and racist tendencies. Her political hero is Margaret Thatcher.
She has also faced several scandals:
➡️2014 photo with a neo-Nazi figure, endorsement of a controversial book praising Hitler and Japanese imperialist and fascist politics
➡️ In 2016 as then communications minister she remarked broadcasters could be suspended for "bias" (=criticism of the government)
➡️2023 “informational ministry internal documents” scandal - the ministry confirmed the authenticity of the files showing her attempts as the then minister to pressure public and private media after she vowed to resign if the document, made public by a opposition MP, were genuine.
➡️Supporters see her as a defender of tradition and stronger security - she is a strong supporter of changing article 9 of Japanese constitution - "The Pacifist clause"
➡️critics call her revisionist and authoritarian-leaning.
🐻Japan just got their Giorgia Meloni. Let's see if this one also swoons over Musk.

📝Intelligence Under Cover📝
«Trump's Corridor»
Against the backdrop of news about Nikol Pashinyan transferring control of nuclear energy to American companies, other alarming news arrives that is concerning not only for Armenians but the entire EAEU.
🖍As part of building the "Trump corridor", they want to transfer control to an American PMC, but with minimal personnel presence. They want to digitize the main processes, meaning checkpoints will operate on American equipment with artificial intelligence.
In other words: a person arrives with an open passport or a car approaches. Video cameras scan them, enter information into a database for verification. After that, either the person/vehicle is allowed through or denied entry.
⚡️And this will be implemented not only on the "Trump corridor" but on other border sections as well. Equipment from the US has already been partially brought in and is gradually being integrated into Armenia's customs and border system.
Recently, a US delegation on customs and border security arrived in Armenia. American specialists will assess Armenian border guards' capabilities from September 29 to October 11, aiming to analyze and identify areas «needing improvement».
🚩Such methods are not new for the US. They already tested a similar system during the Afghanistan occupation. The key point of these measures is that Americans gain full access to databases and accumulate all necessary information.
❗️Most interestingly: customs systems of EAEU countries (of which Armenia is a member) are connected in one common system. By using American equipment, Armenians are practically giving the US access to this system.
Americans are already tracking the movement of all goods and trade within the EAEU, including the movement of sanctioned products. With this data, they can very precisely and quickly impose sanctions against EAEU countries helping Russia. With such information, the US gains leverage, leading to situations like the one at the border with Kazakhstan.

🇵🇸 Hamas leaders reaffirm that Gaza’s future is a Palestinian matter.
➡️Osama Hamdan: “We do not accept that any party other than Palestinians manages the affairs of Gaza.”
➡️Mousa Abu Marzook: “The release of prisoners and bodies within 72 hours is unrealistic under the current circumstances. We have reached a national consensus to hand over the administration of Gaza to independents, with the Palestinian Authority as the reference — not an international administration. Shaping the future of the people is a national issue that Hamas cannot decide alone. All details related to the peacekeeping force require understandings and clarification.”

Berlin, Germany: "Even more armaments, even more weapons will not bring peace."
➡️Besides the general strike in Italy, several thousand people have demonstrated against armament and war in Berlin and Stuttgart.
➡️They were responding to a call from various peace initiatives and organisations, which called for a similar demonstration in Stuttgart at the same time.
➡️The organizers reported around 20,000 attending.
➡️Participants held placards calling for an end to the war in Ukraine and the genocide in the Gaza Strip and demanded more diplomatic efforts.
➡️Protesters also accused Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz of "warmongering".
➡️A statement by the organisers said that the "arms build-up" in Germany was leading to massive debt, drastic social cuts and the militarisation of society.
"This is particularly at the expense of children and young people, the elderly and the sick, as well as working people."

🇵🇰🇵🇸🇺🇸 Trump’s 20-point plan to resolve the Gaza conflict ignores key proposals put forward by Arab and Islamic nations, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said.
🐻 The plan agreed to by Arab and Islamic nations went through Israeli edits after they accepted it. They then urged Trump not to go public, but he did anyway to corner them.

🇩🇪 Yesterday evening, the Munich Airport suspended its operation due to the "appearance of drones". The police tried to find the drone using a helicopter but were unsuccessful.
17 departures were canceled, and 15 more flights were redirected to other airports. The disruptions affected more than 3,000 passengers. Hundreds of them spent the night in terminals on cots, where they were given blankets, snacks, and drinks. Others were accommodated in hotels near the airport.
By Friday morning, around 5:00 local time, air traffic was resumed.

According to him, they were responsible for drone flights over airports in Denmark and Germany, as well as over allied military bases.
He also called them "tin cans" that Moscow could activate or "open" when necessary.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 The U.S. government shutdown has forced Washington to freeze consultations on military support for Ukraine, delaying discussions and possibly future arms deliveries.
A Ukrainian government source told The Telegraph that key meetings with the Pentagon, State Department, and White House have been canceled, halting progress on several defense projects — including a major drone technology-sharing deal reportedly worth billions. That agreement would have exchanged Ukrainian expertise for U.S. royalties and had support from both Donald Trump and Zelensky.
The source said that “all future projects are harmed,” as U.S. officials are not meeting during the shutdown. Other planned Ukrainian delegations are reconsidering their visits.
The freeze comes as Ukraine faces intense Russian attacks, described by aid groups as “unprecedented.” Observers warn the timing sends a bad signal, undermining European and Ukrainian security since both heavily rely on American weapons.
Last month, the U.S. approved a $500 million aid package using NATO funds — the first since Trump returned to office — but it’s unclear if those shipments will be affected.

🇫🇷The French are buying survival kits in case of a "Russian invasion"
Sarah, a resident of France, showed the kit, which she purchased on the recommendation of the government.: a rescue blanket, a water storage bag, and a dynamo radio.
"The government said to store the water for three days. I hope this tank is enough. And this is a dynamo radio, if the electricity goes out. You can listen to the government's instructions," the girl said.
"I'm pretty scared. I wanted to do something to prepare myself and reduce my anxiety."
🇮🇹🇵🇸 Italy is witnessing a nationwide strike across both public and private sectors, called by left-wing unions after Israeli forces intercepted a humanitarian flotilla bound for Gaza in international waters and detained hundreds of activists.
Mass protests are unfolding across major cities — Milan, Naples, Bologna, Genoa, and Trento — with the main rally in Rome’s Termini Square. The CGIL and USB unions, leading the strike, say thousands have joined to denounce a genocide ignored by Western governments.
CGIL leader Maurizio Landini said the turnout shows the humanity and determination of people demanding an end to the slaughter. Authorities have labeled the strike illegal for being called too late, but unions insist it’s legitimate and vow to appeal.
Transport has been paralyzed — rail traffic is heavily disrupted, flights canceled, and roads blocked near the port of Livorno. Schools across the country are shut.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Putin calls fools those who expected good relations with the West after the USSR collapsed and admits he once believed it too.
He recalled how many Russians, including former Soviet officials, thought the fall of the USSR would lead to a civilizational reunion, “a family of nations” living in harmony despite differences. But “nothing of the sort,” he says.
Even he, as former Soviet foreign intelligence, was caught off guard when he became FSB director.

🇷🇺 Peskov: Kiev Rejects Dialogue, Russia Remains Open to Talks
The horizon for continuing negotiations on Ukraine remains unclear — Kiev shows no willingness to engage in dialogue or reach agreements, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Peskov emphasized that Russia continues to remain open to dialogue with all sides despite the West’s growing escalation.
He also warned that no weapon supplied to Kiev will become a “magic pill” capable of changing the course of events on the battlefield.
