A young person can stand up to the bullying and threats of the Pharaohs of our time only if their heart is with God and connected to God. Preserve this.

Americans say—sometimes, not always—sometimes they say they are willing to cooperate with Iran.

Cooperation with Iran is not compatible with cooperating with and aiding the accursed Zionist regime.

The accursed Zionist regime, with the way it has acted recently—something the whole world has seen, the whole world understands, the whole world has condemned—it’s the US that helps it, backs it, and supports it.

In that situation, aligning with Iran has no meaning; it is unacceptable. Yes—if they were to completely abandon support for the Zionist regime, withdraw their military bases from here, and stop intervening in this region, then the issues could be examined.

But this is not something for now or even the near future.

The answer is: First, the arrogant nature of America accepts nothing but submission.

That’s what all American presidents wanted, but they didn’t say it out loud. This current president said it aloud: He said Iran must submit.

That in fact revealed America’s true inner nature. What would it mean for a nation like Iran — with all its capabilities, wealth, intellectual and spiritual history, and so many alert, motivated young people — to accept submission?

So the conspiracies began, and from the very start of the Revolution the US launched provocations against the Iranian people — against the nation, not just against the Islamic Republic.

It began by cutting diplomatic ties; first the US severed relations, then it started sanctions, and then a succession of different actions followed. Truly, anyone who knows, and who keeps these actions in mind and does not forget what the US has done over the years, will understand the truth of the Imam’s [Khomeini] remark: “Shout whatever you can at America.”

🇮🇷| Imam Khamenei’s advice to the youth: Increase your knowledge & awareness.

I want to tell you, dear young people: first, increase your understanding, awareness, and knowledge of the essential political issues of the country — past, present, and future.


These circles of insight I mentioned should study the country’s past events: Where we suffered losses, where we gained, where we showed weakness, where we showed strength, and truly examine the outcomes of each and every single one of them.

Next, science in the country must continue to advance. Some years ago, our scientific progress and movement were very good, but it has somewhat declined.

I want to tell the heads of universities, researchers, and students: do not let scientific progress slow down. That pace of advancement is essential for us.

The country must move forward scientifically, and also militarily — and, by divine success, our armed forces are working day and night, striving constantly.

God willing, they will advance even further. By divine grace, our nation will be able to show that it is a strong nation, and that no power, no matter its capabilities, will ever be able to make the Iranian nation surrender or bring it to its knees.

“All embassies collect intelligence — they gather a country’s information. The country where an embassy is located has an intelligence center that collects information and sends it back to its own government.

That in itself isn’t the problem. The issue with the US embassy was that it was a plotting room against the Revolution: Watching people, agitating them, forming organizations, using disgruntled remnants of the previous [monarchy] regime, and, if possible, gathering the military to act against the Revolution. When they realised that, they stayed in the embassy.

So saying “why did we seize the embassy?” and blaming our problem with America on that is not quite accurate. First, our problem with the US didn’t begin on November 4th— it began with 28 Mordad (the 1953 coup).

Iranian opposition to the US goes back to that time.

Secondly, the 4th of November was actually the uncovering of a major plot and danger to the Revolution. The students did that — bless them — they managed to collect the documents (which had been shredded in a paper-shredder), pieced them back together with great effort, and understood what was happening inside the embassy.

Larijani says: The same people who once approved Iran’s enrichment are now saying we should abandon it — opportunists say “let’s not enrich anymore.” In our region we must implement what we say.
