Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat. Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists. Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity, then employs elaborate means and mechanisms to shield the identities of its operatives, conceal its funding sources and operations in an effort to frustrate law enforcement, and recruit additional members. Individuals associated with and acting on behalf of Antifa further coordinate with other organizations and entities for the purpose of spreading, fomenting, and advancing political violence and suppressing lawful political speech. This organized effort designed to achieve policy objectives by coercion and intimidation is domestic terrorism.
Sec. 2. Designation as a Domestic Terrorist Organization. Because of the aforementioned pattern of political violence designed to suppress lawful political activity and obstruct the rule of law, I hereby designate Antifa as a βdomestic terrorist organization.β All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations β especially those involving terrorist actions β conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa provided material support, including necessary investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such operations.

Everything I watch going into effect, I try to look at it through the lens of possible future nefarious purposes. NEWπ¨: A former stylist for Sean "Diddy" Combs β who testified against the disgraced music mogul in his federal criminal trial earlier this year β filed a lawsuit Wednesday accusing Combs of sexual abuse and violence while he was in Combs' employ.
The 37-page lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of Deonte Nash against Combs and Combs' label, Bad Boy Entertainment, also accuses Combs of sexual battery, human trafficking and false imprisonment.
According to the lawsuit, Nash said he was hired to be Combs' stylist around 2008, at the age of 21, and worked for him until about 2018. Nash said that during that time period, he also worked as a stylist and creative director for Combs' then-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassandra Ventura, who also accused Combs of sexual abuse in a 2023 lawsuit and gave graphic testimony against him in his trial.
The lawsuit alleges that Nash was sexually assaulted by Combs on "multiple occasions."
Nash said the alleged abuse prompted him to resign in 2018, but Combs "continued to threaten Mr. Nash after his employment ended."

When I was growing up, there was a high amount of fear surrounding fevers. Who doesnβt remember hearing that they caused brain damage if not treated? The number I always heard was anything over 102Β°.
When my son was a baby, he would regularly spike fevers of 104Β°. He never really got sick, he would just get the fever. And he always seemed unfazed by them, playing and smiling through them, but I was a nervous wreck. Although I wasnβt yet βawakeβ I instinctively hated giving him Tylenol, but it was always in my head that his fevers would cause brain damage if I didnβt treat them.
I am SO grateful he had a really awesome pediatrician who took away my fear by assuring me that as long as he was acting like himself, there was nothing to worry about. Brain damage comes from prolonged fevers over 108Β° or external high temperatures, like a little one left in a hot car. He assured me that the body knows what itβs doing, and as long as my son was acting comfortable, even fevers of 104Β° were nothing to worry about. In fact, they really did seem to be doing their job because my baby never so much as had a runny nose, he would spike a high fever for half a day and be fine.
I have to wonder about the fear that was used on parents to get them to run to the Tylenol at the first sign of fever. And Iβm so glad that light is being shed on this topic now so hopefully itβs no longer common practice. π
