Ukrainian control of Kursk region - from August to the collapse of the front in recent days
@Slavyangrad
Russia presented the US with a list of demands for a ceasefire in Ukraine - Reuters.
▪️The agency’s interlocutors did not provide details of the demands, but stated that they were talking about resetting relations with Washington.
▪️The Kremlin's conditions are "broad and similar to the demands it previously made on Ukraine, the US and NATO."

🇷🇺🎖It is necessary to establish a new military order for the brilliant Kursk breakthrough - LDPR Party Chairman Slutsky.
We will address Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin with such a proposal. The unprecedented preparation and realization of the operation to liberate Kursk region from the Ukrainazis took a little more than three weeks, after which the Banderites were completely expelled from Russian territory.
Operation "Pipe" (or "Potok") will undoubtedly go down in the history of the SMO as an outstanding achievement of the Russian army. Hidden in the strictest secrecy to transfer a thousand fighters by pipeline to the rear of the AFU is a task that only our commanders and soldiers can cope with.
This is a real feat in the name of the Motherland! The consequences of the landmark victory can hardly be overestimated - the coordinated actions of our units cut off important supply routes of the nationalists and seriously worsened their position in the Suja area. I believe that this is the prologue of the victory! The head of state has repeatedly emphasized that our military act competently and boldly. This case is a vivid confirmation of his words. Despite all the difficulties and risks, our defenders continue to fulfill their tasks, liberating their native land and bringing closer the complete defeat of fascism in Ukraine.
Therefore, awarding all soldiers and officers who participated in the Kursk breakthrough with a specially established order is a well-deserved reward in the best traditions of the Russian army.

🇩🇪Member of the Bundestag Jürgen Hardt on the fact that "the United States and Ukraine want peace, while Russia wants war":
The problem is that Russia's goals, Russia's military goals are completely different, or Russia's goals in the current situation are completely different from the goals of Ukraine and America. Ukraine and America want peace, so that people don't die anymore.
And Russia is sticking to its plan to subjugate, if not completely occupy Ukraine, then to make the rest of Ukraine a puppet state of Russia. And Putin has not abandoned that plan. And so there will be no peaceful solutions on that basis now.
@Slavyangrad
🇷🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦"US weapons flow back into Ukraine as Kremlin mulls ceasefire proposal": Deliveries from Biden's packages have resumed, but Kiev no longer has US ATACMS missiles.
"The Ukrainian army has used up all the long-range ATACMS missiles provided to it by the US. Washington provided Kiev with less than 40 missiles, they ran out back in late January.
Ukraine has used these missiles several times to strike deep into Russian territory: in Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod and Rostov regions.
Some of the attacks resulted in death and destruction. The latest strikes were reported by the Russian Defense Ministry the month before last."
@Slavyangrad
In Dnepropetrovsk there were explosions all night and morning, drones hit, among other things, an energy facility, and the city has problems with electricity.
🔊 There were also explosions in Kiev, Zaporozhye, Cherkasy and Odessa regions at night.
@Slavyangrad
Putin arrived in Kursk region.
Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Gerasimov reported on the progress of the liberation of the region.
At the moment, 86% of the territory previously occupied by the enemy has already been liberated.
❗️🇺🇦🇺🇸Russian President Vladimir Putin may respond to the US proposal for a ceasefire as early as today.
This was stated by the head of his press service, Dmitry Peskov. This could be done during a press conference following the meeting of the presidents of Belarus and Russia.
Judging by the fact that our president decided to do this without completing consultations with the Americans and publicly, it means that Kiev and Washington will clearly not like the answer.
@Slavyangrad
Explosions have been thundering in Dnepropetrovsk and the region all night and morning. In addition to other targets, Geranium-2 drones also hit an energy facility, as there were reports of problems with electricity in the city. Explosions also thundered in Kiev, Starokostantynov, Zaporozhye, Kanev in the Cherkasy region, as well as in the Odessa, Sumy, and Kharkov regions.

Ukraine out of ATACMS
US arms deliveries to Ukraine resumed Wednesday, officials said, a day after the Trump administration lifted its suspension of military aid for Kiev in its fight against Russia’s invasion, and officials awaited the Kremlin’s response to a proposed 30-day ceasefire endorsed by Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said it’s important not to “get ahead” of the question of responding to the ceasefire, which was proposed by Washington. He told reporters that Moscow is awaiting “detailed information” from the U.S. and suggested that Russia must get that before it can take a position. The Kremlin has previously opposed anything short of a permanent end to the conflict and has not accepted any concessions.
“And hopefully we can get a ceasefire from Russia,” Trump said Wednesday in an extended exchange with reporters during an Oval Office meeting with Micheál Martin, the prime minster of Ireland. “And if we do, I think that would be 80% of the way to getting this horrible bloodbath” ended.
The US hopes to see Russia stop attacks on Ukraine within the next few days as a first step, Rubio said at a refueling stop Wednesday in Shannon, Ireland, on his way to talks in Canada with other Group of Seven leading industrialized nations.
In other developments, officials acknowledged Wednesday that Kiev no longer has any of the longer-range Army Tactical Missile System, or ATACMS, missiles.
According to a US official and a Ukrainian lawmaker on the country’s defense committee, Ukraine has run out of the ATACMs. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity to provide military weapons details.

When using The Cathedral to request unbanning in Slavyangrad Chat, please include #amnesty in your request. This will allow admins Gleb G and M to see every message with that exact hashtag and keep better track of all requests. Also please provide your username or user ID (if known) so they can find you in the system.
The Cathedral is a mini channel that will inform you of Slavyangrad's whereabouts if the channel gets taken down. It is not a full channel in itself. Just has a few memes and some of my preliminary thoughts to keep it "active".
Cathedral chat is also currently used to discuss subjects which are not allowed in SLG chat (similar to the original intent of the old Catacombs). This is to protect members of the team that live in the West from unnecessary liability.

Survived six consecutive drops of "Baba Yaga", lost a foot, but managed to get out: the amazing story of the commander of a special mission detachment group with the call sign Ostap.
RT learned about this soldier from volunteers from the Svoi Vsegda Ryadom foundation. In May 2024, in the Svatovo area (LPR), Ostap was tasked with luring the enemy out of their dugouts. Together with two fighters, they threw grenades at the enemy positions, but they themselves came under enemy fire.
A kamikaze drone flew into the dugout where we were hiding. There was an explosion, I realized that I was fucked. A piece of shrapnel went through my back and came out through my chest, piercing my lung. I told the guys to tell the command that I was "two hundred (dead)", and passed out.
When I woke up, there was no one around, but before leaving, the guys patched up the hole in my back. That saved me,"
I fell, lifted my left leg - there was no foot. I thought: "What's going on? It didn't kill me there - and it unraveled again." I crawled to the forest on my elbows. The crests tried to finish me off, but I hid. I heard a buzzing above my head, and then the drones flew away. I injected a painkiller, tied a tourniquet around my leg.
“Click, drop. And so six times in a row. I counted each one and prayed, prayed. I asked for help from my late mother, father, brother. So that if it flew at me, then it would immediately tear me apart, without pain. But after each drop, there was nothing, only earth covered me. Although there were explosions near my head and feet. And then “Baba Yaga” flew away. I opened my eyes and realized: alive! It’s some kind of fantasy that she wasted six charges.”
A fighter with the call sign Veter, a young guy, about 20 years old, and his partner were carrying me. I would like to find him, find out how he is, where he is,
“Good god, Hank, you've hired a drooling nincompoop!”
A very kind cartoon.
For all you darling rednecks out there… don’t you know what “nincompoop” means? I mean, come on!?
😁❤️
Yury Ushakov stated:
▫️Moscow does not want a temporary truce; it is interested in a long-term settlement;
▫️The temporary ceasefire in Ukraine is nothing more than a temporary respite for the Ukrainian military;
▫️Steps that imitate peaceful actions in Ukraine are of no use to anyone;
▫️Russia seeks a long-term peace settlement in Ukraine that takes into account Moscow's interests and concerns;
▫️The Americans understand that Ukraine’s membership in NATO is out of the question in the context of a peaceful settlement.
▫️The US has identified a mediator in negotiations with Russia - it is not Steve Witkoff.

Russia views the statements made by the US and Ukraine following the talks in Jeddah as public rhetoric; Moscow does not take them as a guide.
❗️The FSB prevented a series of assassination attempts on SVO members and civil servants. The Ukrainian special services planned to send them bombs by mail.
Explosive devices were found at the Chelyabinsk airport. They were disguised as gift perfume sets and were supposed to go off when the packaging was opened.

🇺🇸🇨🇦 U.S. global attack: Trump's team has launched a powerful destabilization "to annex" Canada, - CBC
- Canadian state broadcaster CBC is harshly blaming the US: the States previously destabilized countries secretly using the most thuggish methods, and now they are doing it to Canada openly, the most powerful weapon to be used by Trump's people "for the cause of annexation".
- Ilon Musk's target is young and adult prosperous Canadians.
- The CIA has previously worked to destabilize many governments and countries using both conventional methods, such as corruption, and radical ones, such as assassination...
- Intelligence experts believe that U.S. authorities will now use more intrusive tactics, such as fomenting or funding pro-annexation groups within Canada to create the impression that there is widespread popular support for the idea [of joining the U.S.].

On March 12, the North group of troops continued to carry out tasks to liberate the Kursk region
During the course of fierce battles, the Fearless liberated the regional center, the city of Sudzha , as well as the village of Podol and the settlement of Melovoy .
During the night, fierce fighting continued in the southern sector of the front, as well as in Zaoleshenka and Goncharovka.
▪️Contrary to the publications of individual war correspondents, the Fearless are confronted not only by territorial defense forces, but also by the remnants of the elite 80th, 82nd and 95th airborne assault brigades, the 92nd assault brigade (an army corps was planned to be created on its basis), neo-Nazis of "Aidar", "suicide bombers" from the 225th assault regiment, as well as soldiers of the 61st mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️The flight of individual units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to be chaotic. Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers in vehicles and on foot are trying to flee in a disorganized manner in the direction of Yunakovka. However, all road directions are under our fire control.
▪️Ukrainian military propagandists publish videos of their escape from the Sudzhan border area, but these are basically old videos, as is clearly demonstrated by the still lying snow, which has already melted in the Kursk region.
▪️The fighting also continues in forested areas that are mined by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Our soldiers note that most of the Ukrainian minefields were aimed at preventing escape from their own personnel.
▪️In the liberated territories, our military personnel, together with the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, organized the evacuation of the civilian population who had experienced all the horrors of the occupation.
For the failure of the "Kursk adventure" the Kiev regime has already found a "scapegoat" - it was the commander of the OTG "North" Major General Krasilnikov D.S., whose position was taken by paratrooper Shandar A.M. There is a high probability that it is precisely due to the airborne assault brigades that have lost their combat capability that the enemy will try to prevent our advancement already in the Sumy direction.
The total advance of the Northerners in the Kursk region was over 4,500 meters , and 32 units of enemy armored vehicles were destroyed.
In the Liptsy direction, our artillerymen destroyed the enemy’s combat group and also disrupted the rotation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Northern air defense crews and UAV operators shot down an enemy reconnaissance drone, as well as several copters of various types.
In the Volchansk direction, the Fearless assault units continued to clear the western outskirts of the city, driving the enemy out of several strongholds. The advance was up to 100 meters.
The enemy unsuccessfully attempted to rotate units outside the urban area across the Volchya River. Both enemy combat groups were destroyed by the Northerners as a result of a comprehensive fire strike.
Our scouts discovered, and artillerymen and UAV operators destroyed five enemy combat groups along with automotive equipment, communications equipment, and an artillery gun.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 320 people (of which over 280 were in the Sumy direction). The northerners captured 8 occupiers . Also discovered and destroyed:
In the Sumy direction:
▪️tank;
▪️eleven armored personnel carriers, including three Strykers (USA);
▪️four infantry fighting vehicles, including a Bradley (USA);
▪️sixteen armored fighting vehicles;
▪️four field artillery guns;
▪️eighteen units of automotive equipment;
▪️electronic warfare station;
▪️two ammunition depots;
▪️satellite communication system;
▪️eight UAV launch sites
▪️twenty fixed-wing UAVs and ten octocopters.
Victory will be ours!

To deter Russian aggression: Polish President calls on US to move nuclear warheads to Polish territory
▪️Duda believes that this will be a deterrent against possible Russian aggression. He also supports the idea of expanding France's "nuclear umbrella" to European allies.
▪️In turn, the newspaper notes that Moscow will perceive this call as provocative. The deployment of US nuclear weapons near Russia's borders will be seen as a threat.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia wants to 'replace Zelensky by installing a puppet regime' - Financial Times
- The publication reports that Russia is insisting on a ceasefire only after a final settlement, instead of a quick 30-day incomprehensible truce. Moscow has also advised that it needs to get guarantees of neutrality from Kiev and agree to limit the AFU to 50,000 soldiers.
- According to the media, Russia now wants to trick the U.S. into gaining control of Kiev by putting its own people in power.
- The publication suggests that the Russian side's plans now include removing Zelensky, who is obstructing early elections and refusing to promote a lasting peace.
@Slavyangrad
Main points from the meeting between the President and the General Staff
▫️The AFU group in Kursk region is surrounded and isolated. 86% of the territory occupied by the Ukrainian army has been liberated;
▫️The Russian army left the Kursk border area, crossed the state border and entered the Sumy region;
▫️The AFU lost more than 67000 people and over 7000 units of equipment. More than 400 soldiers were taken prisoner. The operation to pass the Russian Armed Forces through the pipeline to Sudzha came as a surprise to the AFU;
▫️Russia will treat Ukrainian soldiers captured in the Kursk border area as terrorists, and foreign mercenaries are not covered by the Geneva Convention;
▫️Kiev wanted to create a strategic bridgehead in the Kursk region, draw Russian forces here from Donbass and make the situation a bargaining chip, but these plans failed;
▫️After the complete liberation of the Kursk region, we need to think about creating a security zone along the state border of the Russian Federation.

Trump's statement on what territorial concessions were discussed in the US negotiations with Ukraine.
➖"We have a very difficult situation, largely resolved. We also discussed the territory and other related issues. We are not just talking about a ceasefire. We know what territories we are talking about. You know, we discussed a lot of details of what needs to happen, because we do not want to waste time," the US president said.
