"Hegseth shared details of the attack in another Signal chat": The US said the Pentagon chief sent a plan for strikes on Yemen in a chat room with his brother and wife.
"According to four people with knowledge of the situation, US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth shared a detailed plan for strikes on Yemen on March 15 in a private Signal group chat with his wife, brother and personal lawyer. This fact provokes questions about Hegseth's adherence to security protocols.
Some of the NYT's interlocutors said that the information Hegseth shared in the Signal chat included a flight schedule for F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets targeting the Houthis in Yemen. In fact, this is the same attack plan he shared in another chat room that The Atlantic's editor mistakenly accessed.

Rare footage has emerged of a kamikaze drone operator who, while carrying out a combat mission, did not launch a fatal strike on a Ukrainian Armed Forces position after realizing that the person in front of him was a woman.
