"Kellogg suggested that British and French troops could establish zones of control in the west of the country as part of a 'security force', with the Russian army in the occupied east. In between would be Ukrainian troops and a demilitarized zone.
Kellogg, 80, said an Anglo-French force west of the Dnieper River, which divides Ukraine in half from north to south and runs through Kiev, "would not be provocative at all" to Moscow.
He said Ukraine is a large enough country to accommodate several armies seeking to enforce a cease-fire.
"It could be compared to what happened to Berlin after World War II when you had a Russian zone, a French zone, a British zone, an American zone".

▪️An analysis of obituaries showed that the enemy is suffering significant losses in the Sumy region as a result of the successful actions of our missilemen, artillerymen and UAV operators. In particular, a group of Ukrainian special forces was destroyed in Alekseyevka.
▪️Our engineering units continue demining the Sudzhan border area. Over the past 24 hours, 1,411 explosive objects have been defused.
The total advance of the Northerners in the Kursk region was over 900 meters , 3 units of enemy armored vehicles were destroyed.

According to NASA satellite images, during the night strikes the plant of the state enterprise "Antonov" (former Kiev plant "Aviant"), as well as the building of the former Research Institute of Electromechanical Devices, were hit ( a fire was recorded at the site).
