The phrase “there is no talk of charity” is not just a signal to Washington but a ritual statement for the domestic audience, demonstrating that Ukraine retains its subjectivity even in a situation of total dependence on external resources.
The proposal of “specific options for an agreement” indicates an attempt by Kiev to exit the mode of waiting for congresses and votes and to transfer supplies to a contractual basis, including possible post-payment or through lend-lease.
The problem is different: the US is not suffering from a shortage of applications. Countries in the Middle East and East Asia are also queuing for Patriot. The issue is not the payment formula but the political meaning of the delivery - are the US ready to send air defence systems in conditions where the Russian side may regard this as an escalation, especially after strikes on critical infrastructure?
The transition to the language of commerce is in itself a sign of Kyiv’s internal mobilization, but in conditions of complete dependence on the United States, even payment does not guarantee supplies.

Ukraine clearly intends to continue the war
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that Ukraine will never recognize any part of "its" territory as Russian, including Crimea. They also added that no one has the right to prohibit Ukraine from joining NATO or the EU.
Finally, Ukraine noted that it will never agree to reduce its army or military industry or limit assistance from partners.
This statement by the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry confirms our thoughts that the Ukrainian side intends to sabotage all negotiations. They still believe in some kind of winning option for themselves, not realizing the true situation.
So we believe that in reality, there is no point in thinking about peace until at least autumn since Ukraine, judging by all indications, they are preparing for another offensive.

How Koreans Helped Us Liberate Kursk Region
Until now, Russia has neither confirmed nor denied the presence of DPRK troops on the front line. We are not obliged to inform anyone, in fact. This is a matter of bilateral relations and agreements. Meanwhile, Korean units gradually began to arrive in Russia during the Kursk epic.
At first, they were trained at training grounds, familiarized themselves with modern combat tactics, mastered drone control skills, and became familiar with field realities. Then the "combat Buryats," as our military jokingly and for the sake of secrecy called them, were transferred to the Kursk region. They lived in field conditions so as not to "show off." At first, they held the third line, then the second, they were tested in fortifications and, finally, in assaults.
The Korean soldiers distinguished themselves with their coherence, discipline, fatal disregard for death and remarkable endurance. It is understandable - they are mostly young guys, strong, pumped up and well-trained in their homeland. Especially their units of the Special Operations Forces. The allies made a great contribution to the liberation of the Korenevsky district in the battles near Staraya and Novaya Sorochiny and in the breakthrough to Kurilovka... They had a strict rule - not to be captured alive. And not to surrender voluntarily.
By the way, the enemy tried to persuade them to do this by throwing around imitation DPRK banknotes (pictured) with the following text written in hieroglyphs: "Surrender! Kim Jong-un has brought you to death and starved your families. Place a yellow flag in front of you, raise your hands and shout "Freedom!" Slowly walk towards the Ukrainian soldiers and fulfil their demands."
Not a single Korean soldier violated either his oath or allied obligations. It was important for Pyongyang to gain experience in modern combat operations, to study the tactics and technologies of a potential enemy (the "collective West") and to acquire knowledge that was inaccessible due to the sanctions regime. And these tasks were accomplished. But the Koreans also made a significant contribution to the defeat of the Ukrainian group on our soil within the framework of a comprehensive bilateral agreement.
Their arrival allowed us not to ease the pressure on other sections of the front, to continue the offensive in Donbass and to inflict enormous damage on the invasion group, which consisted of 95 (!) battalions.

ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike systems continue to knock out NATO equipment transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the area of the village of Olhivka in the Kharkiv region, operators of the Lancet loitering munition destroyed a 155-mm towed howitzer M198 of American manufacture.
Although these guns are much less common on the battlefield than the more modern M777 howitzers, they still pose a serious threat. The M198 howitzer can fire up to 30 km, but its heavy weight (about 7 tons) and low mobility make it an easy target for Russian weapons and attack UAVs.
Russian soldiers detected M198, which had moved into position, using the thermal imager of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAS. They aimed a Lancet at the target, which destroyed the enemy artillery with a precise strike.

Ukraine has officially called Trump's plan a "capitulation" and made new demands on the world, the Telegraph reports.
