Mexican Navy tall ship Cuauhtémoc lost power.
The tide was coming in from a low tide at 6:53 PM to a high tide at 1:25 AM. So this was about three after low tide, with a 1 M rise in the river.
The river floods north and east, so it is heading toward the Brooklyn Bridge from the South Street Seaport.
The tug Charles D McAllister was on hand to assist her departure from South Street Seaport.

An Italian newspaper reports that the 11th aid package from Italy could include 400 M113 tracked armored personnel carriers.

Germany will produce the ATACMS, PAC-3, GMLRS, Hellfire and JAGM missiles.
The German concern Rheinmetall, in cooperation with the American corporation Lockheed Martin, plans to begin producing a wide range of American missile weapons in Europe, said the concern's CEO Armin Papperger.
According to Papager, negotiations are currently underway to create a joint venture with the Americans, since production facilities located in the United States are no longer able to meet European demand.
He estimates the current annual requirement to be:
▪️ 600-800 MGM-140 ATACMS ballistic missiles;
▪️ 2500 GMLRS tactical missiles;
▪️5000 AGM-114 Hellfire anti-tank missiles;
▪️5,200 AGM-179 JAGM air-to-surface missiles;
▪️250-300 PAC-3 anti-aircraft missiles for the MIM-104 Patriot air defense system.
According to the head of Rheinmetall, the new enterprise will have to produce up to 10,000 different missiles and the same number of rocket engines per year .
The launch of the production line for engines is planned for next year, 2026, and the production of various rockets with increasing capacity will gradually be launched in 2027, 2028 and 2029.

A target acquisition radar of the Buk-M2 SAM system spotted an air threat approaching positions of Russian troops.
The crew fired a surface-to-air missile and engaged a US-made HIMARS projectile.

The Mexican Navy sail training ship ARM Cuauhtemoc (BE-01) collided with the Brooklyn Bridge.
The ship's masts were significantly damaged and more than ten sailors were injured.
There were over 200 passengers on board, and a rescue operation is currently underway at the scene.
The Mexican ship reportedly arrived in New York on a celebratory visit on Tuesday to celebrate Mexico's Independence Day.
