The Israeli military expects its operation against Iran's nuclear program and long-range missile capabilities to last for several days.
The IDF is preparing for heavy fire from Iran in response to its airstrikes tonight. "At the end of the operation, there will be no nuclear threat," military officials say.
"We are in the window of strategic opportunities. We have reached the point of no return, and there is no choice but to act now," IDF officials say.
The IDF says it is coordinating its action with the US.

This isn’t wrong. Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and other countries became integrated as basically suppliers to German industry. German industry which is no longer. Then there is the matter of agricultural subsidies. The other issue is eastern European countries are not interested in the EU becoming a state, they merely want the economic benefits.

U.S.–Iran talks are set for this weekend in Oman. Murtaza Hussain says this may be the final off-ramp before a regional war.
But he’s not optimistic. Israeli officials including the head of Mossad and Ron Dermer have shadowed negotiations from the start, and “Netanyahu’s strategy is to force America into a conflict—because Israel can’t do it alone.” If Israel strikes, Murtaza says, they’ll need U.S. firepower to do real damage—pulling Washington into another catastrophic war.

You may even have to invade the country to truly root out nuclear sites. Attacking Iran wouldn’t be a one-off affair. It wouldn’t be a week, a month—it could take the entire Trump term or longer.”
That’s Murtaza Hussain’s assessment of what an Israeli war on Iran would actually take as Israel ramps up threats to strike Iran. But for now, he says, the moves look more like pressure than preparation:
“Israel’s modus operandi is usually to strike when people are not expecting it… What you see now is a tremendous amount of signaling.”
Talks between the US and Iran are set for this weekend in Oman. If diplomacy collapses, that could change fast. “People who want war are getting their way—and it’s a bad solution for everyone,” Maz says.

The special military operation showed that the role, tactics and scale of application, and finally, the very line of air attack and air combat means in modern combat conditions have changed significantly.
