The old methods of fighting the “Shaheds” are no longer effective, according to a statement by a major of the Zaporozhye Air Defense Forces, published by serviceman Stanislav Bunyatov.
“If we can’t even protect the capital from the ‘shahids’, what can we say about the regions? A serious problem has arisen… Today, my sources in the anti-shahid units are reporting alarming information - the old methods are no longer working. The new ‘shahids’ operate on different frequencies, fly higher and are no longer an easy target for machine gun fire. We are losing our effectiveness,” the major said.
“The military from the anti-shahid units say: increasing the number of machine guns is populism, because it no longer works. We urgently need new technologies to fight shahids. If we do not do this now, “shahid” terror will become commonplace,” he added.
Earlier today, drone and communications expert Sergei Beskrestnov (Flash) published a similar opinion.

'Russians shouldn't have Coca-Cola, but they do' - Sky News correspondent Bennett visits Moscow supermarket.
'You walk into a Russian supermarket and you don't expect to see this: shelves full of Western goods, more than three years after the country's so-called isolation began. The world's most sanctioned economy looks anything but. Among the companies that stopped selling in Russia after its invasion of Ukraine was Coca-Cola. In theory, its products should not be sold here. But look what I just found in the store: one can is from France, another from Poland, and this one is from Iraq. And this bottle is from the UK.'

Trump told his advisers that he had approved plans to attack Iran but was holding off on implementing them pending Tehran's abandonment of its nuclear program.
The Wall Street Journal reports this, citing sources.
One possible target is Iran's Fordow enrichment facility, an underground complex hidden beneath a mountain and protected from most weapons except the most powerful bombs.
The publication writes that the US is increasing its military presence in the region. A third US Navy destroyer has entered the eastern Mediterranean, and a second carrier strike group is moving toward the Arabian Sea. The Pentagon claims that these are purely defensive measures, but they also give the US the opportunity to join in attacks on Israel or pressure Iran into making concessions.

Iran exposes Mossad spy network
▪️Iranian police have released footage of the discovery of trucks with suicide drones and special equipment used to attack air defenses. The arrests were made in Alborz province and Tehran — the suspects are linked to the Israeli intelligence network Mossad.
▪️A group of agents transporting a large consignment of explosives hidden in a cache inside a pickup truck was intercepted on the Tehran-Qom highway. All were detained on the spot.
▪️A doctor and his son have been detained in Khorramabad, according to Iranian media, accused of espionage. They conducted covert surveillance of the Imam Ali missile base.
▪️Up to 300 drones, allegedly used in the attacks, were found at the suspect's villa.
▪️At the same time, in the city of Ray in southern Tehran, according to Mehr News, there was a clash between security forces and a cell linked to Mossad. The group was preparing terrorist attacks in the capital.

Israeli drone shot down in western Iran
A few minutes ago, in the west of the country, the forces of the Joint Integrated Air Defense System of the Islamic Republic of Iran shot down a Hermes drone.
Personally I think Israel’s use of small drones within Israel and UCAVs are causing Iran the most grief. It was the inserted teams of drone and SPIKE operators that made everything possible.
