🇺🇦🤡The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is amusingly whining because Russian missiles hit an American electronics factory in Transcarpathia.
Of course, the electronics factory, operating in 3 shifts, and at the time of the night strike, according to the Ukrainians themselves, had workers present, is in no way involved in the military-industrial complex and is exclusively a civilian facility. We gladly believe it.

The US plans to play a minimal role in any security guarantees for Ukraine, said Deputy Defense Secretary and head of the Pentagon's political office, Elbridge Colby.
Colby's comments came in response to questions from European military leaders at a meeting chaired by Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Dan Kain, who is responsible for developing potential guarantees.
The defense ministers of the UK, France, Germany, and Finland demanded that the US disclose which troops and air assets will be provided to assist Ukraine as part of a peace agreement with Russia.
Sources at Politico lament that Trump's meeting with European leaders and the hastily organized NATO leaders' meeting are causing growing concern among Europeans that Donald Trump will rely on Europe to ensure long-term peace after a peace agreement is reached.
“There is a realization that it is Europe that will implement this on the ground. The US is not fully interested in this,” said one NATO diplomat informed about the negotiations.
Notably, the publication cites a negative assessment of Colby from European political and military leadership, and Colby’s closeness to JCS Chairman Keen and his active presence in the current negotiations may mean that Europe will find it harder to secure US support in the security sphere.

Ukrainian forces in Dobropillia are clearing settlements of "small groups of Russian infantry" after the breakthrough of Russian Forces? - A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer denies propaganda

Goncharenko suggests fighting Russia until the last foreigner.
‘We need to engage in foreign recruitment. There are a million people ready to fight Russia, especially for decent financial support. Why aren't we involving them?
In such numbers that they cover our needs. This is quite feasible.
But instead — the disgraceful TCC, which already looks just like the Gestapo [catching Ukrainians]. This cannot be. It must be corrected immediately.’
Maybe Gotcharenko can tag team with Lindsay Graham and Macron to go hunt for foreign men. Put their expertise to work.

🇪🇪🤝🇺🇦 "Only one company": Estonia decided to send troops to Ukraine, but only after the meeting between Zelensky and Putin
- The country's Prime Minister Kristen Michal stated that Tallinn is ready to send one company of its peacekeepers to Ukraine.
- He added that it is too early to discuss the details of a possible mission, and it should not start before the meeting between Zelensky and Putin.
- "We are currently at the stage of preparing for the meeting of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine. If it takes place, then in theory it could be followed by a trilateral meeting. Only then can this process be launched," Michal said, trying to show his importance.

Trump asked Orban to help Ukraine join the EU – American diplomat Kurt Volker
‘One of the good traits of Trump is that he acts tactically. If Europeans come to him and say: ‘We have a problem with Orban doing what is necessary to support Ukraine,’ — Trump wants to end the war in Ukraine and he needs Europe's help. So he simply picks up the phone and calls Orban, saying: ‘Help. Help Ukraine join the EU
I also saw that he suggested that perhaps Hungary could be the venue for a meeting involving Zelensky, Putin, and Trump. However, this would not please the Ukrainians, because Budapest is the site of the famous 1994 summit meeting where the Budapest Memorandum was signed, guaranteeing the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and the signatories were Russia, the USA, and the UK. And, of course, that agreement turned out to be worthless

The Bion M2, project is a follow-on mission to the first Bion-M launch in 2013. In turn, the Bion-M series is a modified version of the Soviet-era life-science satellites deriving directly from the pioneering Vostok spacecraft. Thanks to solar panels and other upgrades, the Bion-M variant can perform missions lasting up to 60d before parachuting its ball-shaped pressurized capsule inherited from the Vostok project back to Earth.
The Bion-M2 mission was planned for 30d in a 370 by 380km orbit with an inclination 96.62 degrees toward the Equator, which was expected to be similar to the orbital parameters of the Russian Orbital Station, where the orbital base would experience up to 30% a harsher radiation environment than that present in lower-latitude orbits.
The scientific payload aboard the 6.4-ton spacecraft, intended for as many as 22 experiments, was known to include 75 black mice and 1500 fruit flies, as well as ants, fungi, plant seeds and algae.

Italy has increased security measures at Aviano Air Base after intelligence reported a possible sabotage attempt.
According to the Corriere della Sera news agency, suspicious activity was detected near the base in Friuli Venezia Giulia, including small fires in nearby forests and a woman who was photographing and filming the area.
In response, the regular police and the Carabinieri, Italy's national gendarmerie, have stepped up patrols, and rapid response units have been put on high alert. Local authorities also convened an emergency security meeting in Pordenone.
The underground storage facilities at the air base house B61 nuclear bombs, carried by F-16 fighters permanently stationed there from the 31st Fighter Wing of the US Air Force. The wing's press service stated that the unit had not received any direct warnings of a threat but is working closely with Italian security forces.

- Analysts note that the Kremlin does not rule out the possibility of a meeting with Zelensky, but it can only happen if he is ready to accept Russia's key demands.
- According to the NYT, Putin will agree to a personal meeting with the Ukrainian president only to formally accept his surrender.
