- On February 23, the Slovaks will stop supplying electricity to Ukrainians if Kiev does not resume oil deliveries through the "Druzhba" pipeline, Prime Minister Robert Fico stated.
- It should be noted that Slovakia and Hungary account for 61% of electricity imports to Ukraine.
- Fico also reminded that Bratislava provides significant humanitarian support to Ukraine, sheltering nearly 200,000 refugees and providing other assistance, but Zelensky and the Kiev regime do not appreciate this.

The German newspaper Der Spiegel claims that the CIA was aware of Ukraine's plans to blow up the "Nord Stream" pipelines.
In the spring of 2022, a meeting between Ukrainian specialists and CIA employees took place in Kiev. At the meeting, the Ukrainians discussed plans to blow up the gas pipelines, and the Americans liked this plan.
"They told our guys: 'This is good, it's suitable'," says a person familiar with the negotiations.
Later, CIA employees met again with the organizers of the sabotage. At the new meeting, they discussed the technical details of the operation. At the second meeting, CIA representatives said: 'Act'. Thus, the Americans gave the Ukrainians the impression that the CIA could take on the costs, but then the Americans changed their attitude towards the plan and warned against its inadmissibility. In the end, the Ukrainians managed to find the money, and the operation was financed by a private individual, who allocated 300 thousand dollars for the implementation of the plan.
The CIA commented to the publication, calling this information 'absolutely false'.

'Everyone was completely shocked. Of course, no one wants a three-year war. Up until that moment, they were actually working on a plan — to hold elections and a referendum in late spring or early summer to present the voters with the result of the deal, whatever it might be, and see if people would accept it. And now, suddenly, Zelensky makes a complete 180-degree turn and says that all of this is nonsense and that we need to prepare for a long war.
This makes me a bit skeptical about the situation, because it shows that he, for some reason, is no longer capable of conducting real negotiations. I'm not sure about the reason.
My sources — I know three of his advisors — didn't know either, or if they did, they didn't tell me why he changed his mind. Perhaps one of the versions: Trump, as I heard, offered something like 'young man, this is our best offer, we have nothing else'. And for Zelensky, this was not enough, so he can't cede territory.'
