A representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that Supreme Leader Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian are alive.
An ABC News journalist asked if the Ayatollah and the President had become targets of attacks, and whether Khamenei would remain in power.
"Thank God, they are all alive and well," Esmaeil Baghaei replied.

While Ukraine fanboys and western media focus on oil and gas revenue, through their cherry picking and use of dubious data they missed the main point. The Russian government was already ahead of them reforming the taxation system to move away from oil and gas revenues.

Bahrain towers burning to the ground
Bahrain is home to:
1. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain
Located in Juffair, Manama, this is the "crown jewel" of U.S. military presence in the region.
Host to: The U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet and U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT).
Function: It serves as the primary command-and-control center for maritime operations across the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Arabian Sea.
2. UK Naval Support Facility (UKNSF) / HMS Jufair
Located at Mina Salman Port, this was the first permanent British naval base established "East of Suez" since 1971.
Host to: The Royal Navy.
Status: As of early 2026, the Royal Navy has technically withdrawn its last permanently stationed ships (such as the HMS Middleton) due to refits and fleet shortages. However, the base itself remains open and staffed by a commanding officer and support personnel to facilitate visiting UK vessels.
3. Sheikh Isa Air Base
Situated in the southern part of the island, this base is a critical air hub.
Host to: U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy aviation assets.
Capabilities: It houses P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft and has been used for various combat and reconnaissance missions throughout the region. It is one of the few airfields in the Gulf capable of supporting large-scale U.S. aerial operations alongside the Royal Bahraini Air Force.

The British say "Russia isn't achieving its aims" after 4 year of fighting a 500k man NATO trained army backed by 55 countries militarily and economically?
It took the mighty British army 38 years fighting the 2,000 men of the IRA in Ireland before going home without a victory

The US Department of Transportation has urged civilian vessels to avoid the Strait of Hormuz, the Gulf of Oman, the Persian Gulf, and the Arabian Sea.
The warning states that "significant military activity" took place in these areas on February 28, and vessels are advised to avoid staying in the specified waters if possible.
The notification will be in effect until March 7.
Confirmation the Hormuz is closed.

Bahrain keeps getting cranked. US is suppose to be defending these countries but I suspect AD priority is Israel, as per military agreements but obviously some are more important allies then others

⚡️A US attack on Iran could leave Ukraine without missiles for air defense, — Financial Times.
The US and Israel have already used up a significant portion of their interceptor missiles during previous strikes. Tehran's new response will put an even greater strain on these reserves, which are already difficult to replenish.

Personally I think there is zero chance Israel and the US bombing Iran is going to lead to some uprising. Clearly Israel duped the US into thinking this was a possible outcome.

24 provinces of Iran were subjected to attacks and strikes by the USA and Israel. 201 people were killed, and 747 people were injured.
In response, Iran launched a missile strike, firing more than 1.2 thousand missiles at the territories of 8 states where Israeli and US military bases are located.
This is the largest exchange of missile strikes in the history of conflicts. Moreover, American military bases have never suffered such a defeat.
