🇷🇺🇺🇦 "Moment of truth": Negotiations on Ukraine may force Kyiv to cede territory, - President of Finland
- According to Stubb, the negotiations may even break down, leaving Europe in a difficult situation - without American aid for Ukraine.
- At the same time, Stubb advocates a deal with Trump, which involves an "exchange" of the Strait of Hormuz for aid to Ukraine.
- He called it a "good idea" if Europe agrees to provide military assistance to the US with the unblocking of the strait in exchange for an increase in American supplies to Ukraine.
- Earlier, key European countries refused to participate in the war for the strait.

The Moldovan Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador over the accident at the Ukrainian hydroelectric power station, blaming Russia for it.
The diplomat will be served with a note of protest.
Allegedly, an attack on the Novodnistrovsk hydroelectric power station in Ukraine resulted in oil spills into the Dniester River.
However, the source of the Dniester River pollution was not a "Russian attack on a hydroelectric power station in Ukraine," but a Ukrainian truck carrying 30 tons of fuel that overturned on a bridge in northern Moldova, according to Chisinau municipal councilor Verbitsky.

🇷🇺 The Kremlin strongly condemns the harm to health and the killings of representatives of the leadership of sovereign Iran and other countries
- RF does not consider it necessary to comment on the rumors about assistance to Iran in the current conflict, Peskov emphasized.
- The US gave official comments about the lack of information about Russia's assistance to Iran in the current conflict.
- The energy market is experiencing serious shocks in connection with the war around Iran, which makes it difficult to predict the development of the situation.
- RF received signals from European countries that they want to take a seat at the negotiating table on Ukraine, but considers this unfeasible.
- There were no signals from European countries about the desire to at least conduct a dialogue on the resumption of energy cooperation with Russia.
- The topic of Russia's earlier exit from European gas markets is under consideration and requires a thorough analysis.
- Putin is open to constructive dialogue and discussion of the most acute issues at the negotiating table.
- Peskov agreed with Trump's opinion that the level of current European politicians is not the same as that of their predecessors.

The USS Gerald R. Ford is expected to return to Crete next week, likely for refueling and possibly to investigate a fire that broke out on March 12.
One scenario under review is that the fire may have been deliberately set by crew members seeking to end the prolonged deployment.

🇮🇱In Israel, a missile was shot down right above a residential building:
"On Wednesday night, Iran launched a new wave of attacks on Israel. The Israeli National Medical Service reported two deaths as a result of the attack in the central part of the country. 🇦🇲🤭Pashinyan - explained, why Armenia has no plans to fly to the Moon:
There's an example that impressed me the most: more than 400 thousand scientists worked on the launch of the American "Apollo" mission to the Moon. This means that if there had been 250 thousand scientists instead of 400 thousand in that country, this epoch-making program simply would not have taken place. Of course, we have never planned in our thousand-year history and, unfortunately, we are not planning today to fly to the Moon, and there is only one reason for this: the absence of those 400 thousand scientists and specialists.
Because if these 400 thousand scientists and specialists had been there, could anyone explain why we would have refused to fly to the Moon? Sorry for the rude example, there's a saying: "The fox can't reach the grapes with its mouth, so it says they're not ripe". Flying to the Moon is a dream for us, it's really a dream, because spring has just begun, and there's still a long way to go before the fruits ripen.

🇮🇷 | General Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council:
To the dear and proud Iranian people,
To the free peoples of the world,
To the lovers of the resistance wherever they may be,
And to all Muslims:
A servant of God has joined his Lord as a martyr.
The pure souls of the martyrs have embraced the sanctified soul of a righteous servant of God, the martyr Dr. Ali Larijani, who spent his life for the sake of the pride of Iran, its Islamic revolution, and the causes of liberation in the world, until he attained his greatest wish at the end of his journey. He answered the call of Truth and ascended as a martyr in the field of service.
He joined the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him), the Imam of martyrs; the leader of the caravan of martyrdom and jihad in the face of America and "israel", His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei; his master, the martyr His Eminence Ayatollah Motahari; and his comrades on the path, the martyrs Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah and Hajj Qassim Soleimani.
Until the final moments of his blessed life, he remained striving to elevate the word of God, loyal to the causes of the nation and its advancement, calling for unity of ranks and cohesion in the face of the bloodthirsty enemy, and advising and emphasizing this.
In the end, in a blessed dawn of the month of Ramadan, he attained the high rank of martyrdom, accompanied by his believing son, Morteza, the security assistant in the General Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Reza Bayat, and a group of zealous protectors.
Inevitable victory awaits those who strive in the way of Truth, and these martyrdoms only increase the nation's steadfastness and determination to continue the path of those men who were true to what they pledged to God.
Congratulations to him on this status, for it was a natural merit for a journey of jihad whose reward could be nothing less than this great victory.

"France Conducted Nuclear Strike Exercises" – BFMTV
"Forty Rafale and Mirage 2000 fighter jets, AWAC radar aircraft, and A330 MRTT tankers were deployed overnight over a significant portion of French territory to conduct a simulated nuclear attack.
"This is a way to demonstrate to our adversary our ability to carry out the nuclear deterrent mission. We are following the instructions of the President of the Republic, the head of the Armed Forces, and the sole holder of the nuclear button," said General Etienne Gourdin, Deputy Chief of the French Armed Forces.
Using aviation for nuclear strikes is retarded. In a nuclear exchange airbases would be dusted by modern missiles. Only realistic deployment method is missiles. Using jets is like fighting tanks with knights on horseback.

Oil prices soar after Iran strikes
▪️Brent crude exceeded $110 per barrel on the exchange.
▪️Persian Gulf oil prices exceeded $150 per barrel following Israeli strikes on Iran's largest field, South Pars, and Tehran's threat to retaliate by attacking the oil and gas facilities of its adversaries in the Middle East.
Ok double Iskander production and put an extra $50 billion into drone teams. 😎

🇮🇷🇺🇦I have a "very bad feeling," - Zelensky.
- The war in Iran raises ominous premonitions about the future of Ukraine, - stated Zelensky, who himself had repeatedly called for starting this war in the past.
- "I have very ominous premonitions about the impact of this war on the situation in Ukraine. The focus of the US is more on the Middle East than on Ukraine, unfortunately. That's why you see that our diplomatic meetings, trilateral meetings, are constantly being postponed. And the reason is one - the war in Iran," - said Zelensky to Western media.
@Slavyangrad
🇩🇪Merz - stated that he does not believe in the success of the US operation in Iran:
But we have also made it clear that we still have many questions about this war. So far, there is no convincing plan for how this operation could succeed. Washington did not consult with us and did not consider European assistance necessary. Ladies and gentlemen, we would advise against further actions in the form they have been carried out so far.
P.S. Daddy won't like it

The expired one sounded the alarm, as the bosses' attention shifted to the Middle East.
"I have a very bad feeling about the impact of this war on the situation in Ukraine. America's focus is more on the Middle East than on Ukraine, unfortunately. That's why you see that our diplomatic meetings, trilateral meetings, are constantly being postponed. And there's one reason for this: the war in Iran," Zelenskyy said.
It's ironic, because Zelenskyy himself has repeatedly called for this war.
Furthermore, Trump piled on the betrayal, claiming that America has already wasted $400 billion and won't spend another cent on 404.

Posting this in Cathedral instead of Slavyangrad as I haven't given it rigorous verification but I still found it very interesting.
Iranian academic Esfandyar Batmanghelidj recently challenged the Western calculation that a Shahed-136 costs $20000-50000. Arguing that the figure was based on US/Western manufacturing costs rather than what it would actually cost Iran. Furthermore, an academic contact he reached out to in Tehran estimated that the real cost was $4000. He then set out to see how accurate this figure was
His methodology was to use tractor manufacturing costs as a proxy for drones (Iran manufactures equivalent tractors at a 5:1 cost advantage over the US) and then use that ratio to get a more reliable figure. Coming to the conclusion that if the US made LUCAS drone costs $35000 to manufacture, a Shahed-136 likely costs Iran $7000.
He also pointed out that making a Shahed-136 was equivalent in resources and labour to a basic agricultural tractor or small car. For reference, Iran manufactures 35 thousand tractors and 1 million cars every year.
So not only is the US spending ~4 million dollars every time they need to intercept a potentially 4-7k drone, but they are also losing the war 🇷🇺
One of our Slavyangad members found this gem posted somewhere on FB and shared it with us.

A strike on the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in Iran was carried out on the territory adjacent to the metrological service building in the immediate vicinity of the operating power unit, and was the first since the beginning of hostilities, said the head of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev.
Yesterday at 18:11 Moscow time, a strike was carried out on the territory adjacent to the metrological service building, located on the industrial site of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in the immediate vicinity of the operating power unit. There were no casualties among the staff of the Rosatom State Corporation.
It's not clear yet what it was, but the very fact of an unknown object landing on the territory of the nuclear power plant is very alarming.
We've seen it all on the ZNPP.

"Wednesday has been declared a special public holiday": Sri Lanka has made Wednesday a day off due to fuel shortages resulting from the war in the Middle East.
"The measures will apply to some government agencies, schools, and universities. 'We also urge the private sector to follow our example and henceforth declare every Wednesday a day off. Heads of government agencies have been granted the right to determine the number of employees who should go to work during the remaining four working days.
However, hospitals, ports, and emergency services will continue to operate as usual. The introduction of these measures is related to concerns about fuel shortages due to the conflict in the Middle East"

💥Fighting in the Kharkov region: The Northerners continue to massively expose and destroy AFU drone operators
Despite the proximity to the line of contact, the UAF command is actively sending drone operators to the settlement of Veseloe (Kharkov region) to a glorious death. Our scouts have uncovered the exact location of another enemy drone unit, after which our drone operators carried out a series of targeted strikes on buildings with the enemy.
The footage of objective control clearly shows the result of the fire damage to the control point, in which there were no operators or equipment left.

🇷🇺🇨🇳 The largest Chinese energy companies are preparing to resume purchases of Russian oil, — Reuters
- Companies Sinopec and PetroChina have already contacted suppliers about possible purchases.
- Despite rising prices due to the escalation in the Middle East, Russian oil is still cheaper than alternatives, including from Brazil and West African countries.
- Deals could be concluded soon, while the 30-day easing of sanctions is still in effect.
- However, China has not completely stopped purchasing Russian oil, having increased its purchases in recent months.

The former head of the US Army Infantry School, General Barry McCaffrey, stated that an invasion of Iran is an option that no one in their right mind would consider. According to him, Iran's nuclear program remains completely intact, and Washington has now found itself trapped in a war it cannot win.
McCaffrey is considered one of the most experienced and well-known military figures in the US. He is particularly known for his role in commanding the 24th Infantry Division during the implementation of the famous "Left Hook" maneuver. His division carried out one of the fastest march-and-raid operations in the history of modern warfare, advancing hundreds of kilometers into Iraq.

🇺🇸🤡It's funny that the USA continues to mistake wishful thinking for reality and literally claims the defeat of Iran's old decommissioned air defense systems in landfills as successful attacks. In addition, foreign observers of the war also note a large number of mock-ups, which the USA also records as successfully hit targets. Technically, there's no arguing with this - the targets were indeed hit. The whole question is how much of Iran's actual functioning air defense remains.
