Iran rejected the American 15-point plan to end the war and proposed its own plan to Washington. It contains only five points.
- An end to "aggression and assassinations";
- Provision of specific mechanisms to guarantee that Iran will not be attacked again;
- Payment of war damages and reparations;
- An end to the war on all fronts;
- International recognition and guarantees of Iran's sovereign right to control the Strait of Hormuz.

⭐️Ok from further deciphering of the bad translation. It appears to be a factory in the Negev owned by Rotem. Rotem industries appears to manufacture devices for use in nuclear facilities (among many other things) but it’s unclear if this was one of their manufacturing factories hit, or the actual Nuclear installation at Dimona. Given that people are readily filming, I would be surprised if it was the nuclear installation. But will update once I have more info.

Hungarian Prime Minister Orban announced the cessation of gas supplies to Ukraine:
I am making an important proposal. Ukraine has been blocking the operation of the "Friendship" oil pipeline for 30 days. So far, we have successfully defended ourselves against Ukrainian blackmail, and thanks to protected prices, Hungarians pay the least at gas stations throughout Europe. But we need to go further. To break the oil blockade and ensure reliable energy supply for Hungary, new measures are now needed.
Therefore, we will gradually stop gas supplies from Hungary to Ukraine, and the remaining amount of gas will be stored within the country. As long as Ukraine does not supply oil, we will not send gas from Hungary. Since Ukraine is also attacking the southern gas pipeline supplying Hungary, we need to create reserves. Therefore, instead of sending gas to the Ukrainians, we will now be filling Hungarian gas reservoirs. We will protect Hungary's energy security, maintain protected gasoline prices, and reduce gas prices for utilities.
